I had ordered food from Nadoos Westwood Cross on 13/7/2023 at 5:37 pm with order number T1-646 (takeaway). The order includes a full platter with 2 regular chips, one regular coleslaw, and regular spicy grains. I tried to claim my green reward and asked to add a quarter chicken, but the cashier refused and added peri peri nuts instead. I didn't understand the reason for the substitution. Anyway, I waited for some time and got my parcel. Once I opened it at home, I realized one item was missing. I immediately called the number mentioned on the website, and a lady who identified herself as the store manager collected all my details, including my phone number, email, and order information. She offered a gift voucher for the mistake, which I accepted. However, I haven't received any confirmation or gift voucher email despite waiting for some time. When I called back to inquire about it, she replied in a rough manner, saying that it would take some days to process and she's the only one managing this during a busy time in the shop. Despite her behavior, I apologized and said I would wait. Until today, I haven't received any response from them. I am utterly disappointed with her attitude and behavior towards customers. When they make a mistake, they should address it properly and promptly. I don't understand how the management is training their employees there. Read moreI absolutely love Nandos but this franchise has to be one of the most poorly ran restaurants in the country. They always seem to have ran out of something. One time they were out of chicken burgers, another time they were out of chicken wings (it's a chicken restaurant?). One time they completely stopped serving halloumi and the reasoning they gave was that the grills had malfunctioned and was causing the halloumi to melt (anyone with a brain knows that halloumi cannot melt) and apparently it was an issue happening across the whole of Kent. I totally understand that there are supply chain issues right now across the country but they always have some sort of excuse as to why their service is sub-par even before covid came around. It's also really unprofessional to see staff taking over tables for their own use to store their personal possessions or to eat food from other restaurants. Read moreYesterday we went to nandos in margate, I was disappointed in the food and service, we asked for half plain chicken, well done, and whole chicken well done, we had to send it back 2 times, by then the whole family was upset and made the experience upsetting. The staff eventually sorted it out and said sorry but the damage was done.
We won't be going back to this nandos again.
Just adding to your reply, I think your reply is perfectic, and it seems you replied to others bad review. The same. It's obvious this is bad management and it's obviously buy the way you as a manager replying to reviews that you don't care, as your a big company. I think it's discussing, that customer like me have wasted money which I worked hard for, for a bad experience.
