Starbucks — Restaurant in Thanet

Awful…..have given this place 3 chances. First time was a shambles but they’d only been open 2 weeks so gave them another go 2 months later. But ALL tables were dirty. Long queue waiting for coffee’s then Coffee was lukewarm & served in paper cups as Dishwasher had broken. So I reluctantly gave it one last try in November due to really wanting the seasonal egg nog latte ! Wished I hadn’t. Again the tables were all dirty , and waited 10 minutes for a coffee in which I insisted on having a mug as everyone was being served them in paper cups again. They had told me they were closing at 2.30 and this was now 2pm so I assumed this was why everyone was getting paper cups!! But still bad as no way is an egg nog latte ever going to be the same in a paper cup. 😡 anyway the milk was burnt & the egg nog had been poured into the drink which made it undrinkable . I should have got the £4.25 refunded as I had 2 sips & then left it all. So this is by far the last time I set foot in here & will save my Starbucks treats for when I go to Canterbury as they get it...

I consider myself a regular at this outlet. I usually never have any problems- I usually visit on my way home because of my busy day this is often my late liquid lunch. This evening I ordered my usual order and it wasn't until I got home that I realised that my drink had been made with full fat milk and had dairy cream on top although I had requested my drink to be made with coconut milk and had not requested milk. I also asked if it could be thicker than usual which usually involves the addition of more ice but this has to be one of the runniest, thinnest drinks I have had in a long time. Will be leaving it a while before visiting again- which is a shame because the regular staff are extremely accommodating...

When will this store ever be consistent in the drinks. I order the exact same thing every time. I ordered a matcha with extra matcha powder (because it’s always so weak), 3 white chocolate sauce and coconut milk. Why is this the colour of milk basically it’s so pale and so overly sweet I complained I said this doesn’t taste right please can I have more matcha as clearly they didn’t do the extra matcha. I can’t even drink it it’s so sweet it’s horrible it’s literally milk and chocolate sauce making me feel sick. It’s only turned green because I asked them to put more matcha in and still tastes horrible. Spent money here all the time all I would like is consistency in what I order! Train the...
