A Perfect Setting for a Long Overdue Celebration We booked a table for 14 of us last October for a much-needed group get-together, and Minori Rosta couldn't have been a more perfect choice. Finding a restaurant that can comfortably accommodate a large party without losing its intimate charm is a challenge, but they managed it flawlessly. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, bustling, and wonderfully welcoming. The staff were the absolute heroes of the evening. They handled our large, and likely loud, group with incredible grace and efficiency. They were attentive without being intrusive, patient with our sprawling order, and ensured our glasses were never empty. Their seamless service allowed us to simply relax and focus on catching up, sharing stories, and laughing together, which was exactly what the occasion called for. Then there was the food – simply sublime. I opted for the gnocchi, and it was exceptional; light, pillowy dumplings in a rich, flavourful sauce that was pure comfort in a bowl. Everyone around the table was equally impressed with their choices, from the perfectly cooked pizzas with generous toppings to the deeply savoury pasta dishes. You could tell that every plate was prepared with real care and authentic Italian passion. Minori Rosta provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable night with a special group of people. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere is a winning formula. We all left feeling happy and incredibly well-fed. We cannot recommend it highly enough, especially for group celebrations. We will...

I’m utterly disappointed with my order this evening. I ordered two pizzas and a pesto pasta that told me the arrival would be 20:05 when my orders came at 20:15 I received two pizzas WITHOUT the pasta and my delivery driver was completely unaware that there was more to the order. After checking my Uber app the pasta said it would arrive in the next 40 minutes to my dissatisfaction. I opened the two pizza boxes and was met by cold pizzas. Th cheese was so stiff and cold I couldn’t believe I was eating pizza! I thought this was a cheddar panini! To add on top of this, the bottom of the pizza was burnt! Not crispy, pure black and felt like I was chewing rubber! At this point our family meal has been ruined. My daughter is very hungry at this point and decides to eat, but she is shocked to find a silver piece in her pizza slice. It was a bristle piece of a washing up scoured?!! In the meat!!! I The pasta then came 40 MINUTES LATER with a clear blonde hair inside the penne pasta, and no one in my family has blonde hair!! We really didn’t think this could get any worse, so we called the Rickmansworth branch and was received by a hostile phone call, with an insincere apology who told us it’s only through Uber we can make this complaint. The problem is that this restaurant should accountability when they have been informed of their...

Second visit today for lunch and now decided this is my favourite restaurant. Everyone's meals were delicious again; generous portions and unbelievably good value (we discovered when the bill arrived that there was an extra 30% off the a la carte menu). Previous review: My first experience here was delightful. Excellent, authentic Italian food with plenty of vegetarian options and very generous portions. Very reasonable pricing with the set menu exceptionally good value and even available early on Saturday evenings. It's not fancy but it's one of the best restaurants in the area. They have the nice option of opening the front in summer but I'm not sure it works that well as it's right on the busy street so exhaust fumes etc. and it's now getting chilly in the evenings but it isn't easy to close the doors without reorganising all...

UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, the 3 stars weren’t because I missed that it was a white pizza - as I'd mentioned, that was my oversight. The rating is my honest take, while the pizza was well-made, it didn’t quite wow me overall. It was good, just not next level! I do appreciate the care that goes into it though! I went for the San Gennaro with an extra topping of spicy salami, I didn't realise this was a white pizza argghhh!!  That said, for a non-tomato-based pizza, it was as good as it gets. The base was well-made with a nice chew, and the balance of cheese and toppings was on point. Next time, I'll make sure I don't make the same mistake.

Genuine Italian with vegan options, and the best garlic bread you'll ever eat. Second visit after being blown away the first time a few months ago. Devastated to see that the vegan pesto pasta has been removed from the menu and replaced by albeit simple (but nonetheless delicious) by two tomato-based sauced dishes. Tasted lovely but would love to see something more interesting on the menu. The pizza the first time we visited was delightful, with lovely vegan cheese! Oh, and be sure to get the garlic flatbread. I'm normally a garlic baguette rather than garlic flatbread person, but Minori has me converted.
