Came here for Christmas Eve with a big group of friends and family. The barman who I believe is the owner, refused to serve us certain drinks as they were “saving them for their regulars”. Staff are rude and clearly don’t like welcoming new business considering how many pubs struggle and go under these days. Don’t waste your time and money, plenty of other nice welcoming pubs in abbots which we subsequently moved onto instead. Couldn’t rate lower than 1 star otherwise...

The Boys Home happens to be nothing but the finest pub in abbots langley for a beer. The old fashioned decor gives you a real feel of its heritage. The bar staff and local punters are 2nd to none. Real REAL classy pub. 🤫Some say people have tattoos representing the place, it...

We were just visiting and looking for somewhere to eat. This is a proper pub. Staff friendly and efficient. The service was great and the wait for the food was well worth it. Clearly it was fresh cooked and those chips, best ever. Will go...
