KFC Tonbridge - High Street — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

Good Afternoon Customer Support.

Please may I bring to attention the issues we are having at this store, there is two self serve upright machines. One is constantly out of paper to provide an receipt, have purchased the food through our business and we requested a receipt at the till as there was no paper in the machine. I was advised that it will have to be written out, I advised that my order number is 6104 and that my Receipt is very important to me. My food arrives rather promptly…. This is never a issue in the store(always very good for speed). I am provided with my bag of food and drink, to when again I’m asking for my receipt, I’m told the manager will have to help? The manager arrives and also starts telling me he will have to write it out?? I then started recording as I’m complete shock. I was offered a refund when I express that my food is now becoming cold… I advise I do not wish for any refunds! All I want is my receipt… this carries on for over 7mins… as per the recording time!!

The issues this store currently has are. Smashed Front Door. Really is quite a Dirty store… throughout. This upright machine is always out of paper… has happened to me previously.

The current receipt I have been issued is now different in value to what I spent… the receipt is £24 but what we spent from our bank is £27.17 The last thing I want to be doing is wasting all our time in writing such really unnecessary...

Iv had enough of all theses dumb reviews about service and attitudes to customers. They do a pretty grubby job and serve hundreds of people a day. Cut them some slack! Plus my service was awsome so it's just a lie. Now onto the whole reason your reading a restaurant review... the food! Chicken- was nice and fresh, loverly cuts. Not greasy at all, so we'll prepared. The wings were on point! Spicey but you don't need a drink too much. Original was real good too, beautiful texture, succulent and so tasty. Strips when nicely done but it's kinda hard to duff up Strips! Solid 4/5 for chicken. Breading- awsome ! No other word. Perfectly crispy on all kinds of cuts. Crunchy and so so tasty. 6/5 Chips- were the only down fall but it was minor. I imagine they were perfect when they came out of the Fryer but they had been left a while, I could just tell. Strong 3/5. Stop leaving you chips for so long, easy fix! Gravey- genius as usual. Flavoursome, hot and unlike some places, nice and thick. Easy 5/5 Service- till man was friendly, from order to eat maximum 3minutes. Line was kinda long though. Still a 4/5. Employ more people you donuts!

Honestly what can I say. Can't believe the place is even allowed to be open. Rushed in and ordered (hungry kids) lady that served was lovely. Manager rubbing his bare hands over face numerous times and then serving food. Another guy doing same and even took cap off to run his head. These guys are handling food. If that wasn't enough used tampon on toilet side. Not there fault but maybe if toilets were checked. I alearted manager as didn't want others to see especially as my 5 year old nearly picked it up. Windows floor chairs tables were disgusting. I asked to speak to manager as surely he needs to put it right.i felt sick he was very rude and asked where the mess is. Is he serious.over flowing bins also. Goodness knows what kitchen is like as if this was what customers are eating initial would hate to know. I never ever right reviews but I couldn't not.do...
