Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

This Starbucks looked very nice from the outside and it was very pleasant on the inside, until I tried using the toilets. I noticed a brown liquid around the soap dispenser and the soap didn't come out properly. The actual toilet seemed to be blocked with toilet paper so the water was high. Later I complained about the toilets and they then closed down both of the toilets, the disabled one included. I was told that the brown liquid was actually rust leaking from the soap dispenser. I then ordered a coffee and I was given much too much cream and the barrister overdid the syrup and the drink tasted horrid because there was too much syrup. Apart from that everything was fine. After, I decided to see if I get a coupon because I didn't enjoy my drink at all, and the manager kindly gave me a coupon to use for a free drink the next time, so I have given them 3...

I have been to this branch a few times to work and in the past a few times when hanging around with my kids. I have seen reviews about unfriendly staff. On the whole that hasn't been my experience but of course there is a lot of turnover and the quality of service could be more consistent.

Came in on february 27th to shelter from the heat. Ordered my drink and was rudely treated by Elizabeth and the member of staff with her. I am usually a starbucks lover but the umnessacery treatment from these two women disgusted me. We had a group of about 6. Me and a friend had ordered a drink and 2 baby chinos. My friends got told they were not customers so got told to leave. Even though there were plenty spare seats. We then sat as our friends waited in the cold weather which is horrid alone. We were then watched from the corner counter but either Elizabeth or her assistant as we had our drinks which disturbed me as we couldnt even drink what we paid for in peace.
