Entered the store today to receive my 1 pound three network offer I was unfortunately served by a women with black hair and European accent the minute she saw I had the offer she looked at me in disgust and judged me instantly when she made the drink I don’t know what she gave me but I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and she gave me a small kids looking drink with no strawberry sauce and didn’t even taste like strawberry she obvs just palmed me off with a cheap milkshake when that’s not what I ordered the offer says you can have any size and she gave the smallest one without asking I came to this same store last week and got the same offer ordered the same drink and was given the right one and I was served by someone else this women clearly had an issue with me having an discount I would recommend re training on her manners with the employee involved I’ve now left the shop angry when all I wanted was a drink trust me there was nothing luxury about this ‘milkshake I was served that was meant...

Although this Costa is a nice setting and I enjoy coming here, I always feel like I'm putting the staff out when I ask for allergen information. Staff members have tutted which is utterly unacceptable. I asked for allergen info for the Christmas menu and was given the wrong information. I checked the Costa website to be sure and luckily I hadn't had the drink that their booklet deemed gluten free (the website said it did contain gluten). There is one lady who works here in particular who cannot be bothered, it seems. Such a shame for a large chain that the staff aren't sensitive to people with...

This store needs more staff. The staff are lovely, always great and friendly service, however, I don't think you should only have 2 members of staff on. One young lady was lone working while the other staff member was on his break and she was getting stressed and overwhelmed, I saw her spill a drink on herself and drop a few other things and being ran off her feet with the amount of customers. She had a queue of people waiting around 10 minutes as she was alone. I feel that the management shouldn't be putting that kind of pressure on staff members while the other staff is on a break.
