Doesn't even deserve 1 star but I have no option. The best way to describe my experience is - AWFUL! I am absolutely disgusted with the service received today and furious a MANAGER told me to “shut up” as she walked away. On arrival the queue was huge at the drive through so we decided to go into the restaurant. We ordered 7 meals on the quick screens & waited by collection. 15-20 minutes later along with another 11 customers who had also ordered on the quick screens, we still had no food. The queue of people who were ordering with staff & paying them continually received their order, one after the other while we all collectively stood waiting. When I asked why they had all been served & we were still waiting I was told they were serving in order. I told him they certainly weren't and asked if they were short staffed & the man said yes & that the food would be another 10 minutes! I said this wasn’t acceptable as all other customers had received their food so he wasn’t giving them out in order. He stood there & argued about this, regardless of the fact there’s 18 meals waiting to be given to the customers who had ordered on the quick screens. I then asked for a manager who came out & was unbelievably rude, told us all we would have to wait, it wasn't their fault & as she was walking off told me to shut up. Which was witnessed by all customers and the young girl working at the time who apologised & said she shouldn’t have spoken to us like this & understood our frustrations!! As a paying customer I have never been told to shut up by a MANAGER, this is not acceptable & I am shocked you have people in management position who 1. Can’t manage their team 2. Cant manage customer complaints without being aggressive, rude & speak to customers in disgraceful manner & 3. is representing your brand/business. I asked the young girl to ask the manager, Agnus to come & speak with me as I wanted to make a formal complaint & wasn’t sure how to go about this. Agnes REFUSED to come & speak with me. 3 of the 7 meals were completely wrong, 1 meal wasn’t provided & all in all took us 40 minutes to be receive our food. Customers were clapping & shouting congratulations when people were given their food which is that bad its funny! This is the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. McDonalds puts you to shame. Not once did we receive an apology for this experience & as you can imagine the food was cold but there was no point saying anythng as we would have been there til closing. Read moreAbsolutely shocking food was serve quickly and pleasantly but the food that I got from the drive-in when I got home was full of very burnt chips that were very limp and greasy and also the chicken although it was cooked through and no issues with that within about three hours of eating it both myself and my other family members started to get lots of tingling sensations across our body and I started to itch and come out in hives and a breakout of some sort of allergy Which I had to take an antihistamine for the day after all three of us who at the Food have all been ill and on the toilet with the runs so this something gonna mess with the food there the place just looked dirty as well through the drive-through window. Read moreI had another bad experience ordering on the KFC APP. I was in the Trafford Centre trying to order from the KFC App and the location system in the App for some reason picked up Trafford Retail Park KFC and I did not realise the error with the App. My order was waiting at the wrong KFC as I was in the for Trafford Centre KFC, I had to go and rush to get my order from the Trafford Retail park this KFC is really lovely staff were excellent.
They gave me my order after 20 mins and it was lovely well prepared food. Customer service was excellent and the chap who served me, the attitude of the staff in this restaurant was a breath of fresh air. They seemed to want to do the job, and at least care about customers
I have called out KFC for their App promos being turned off, I can say both the Trafford Centre KFC and Trafford Retail park had the in App promo was available to use in both of the restaurants at the weekend and at busy tea time.
