We attended a family meal here last night . The service was good however we were very rushed . Upon arriving home my partner had an upset stomach and subsequently continued through the night . As one of our boys was also poorly afterwards and my sister , we rang to make the restaurant aware . As most of the family are regulars we thought it best to make them aware as at that point it seemed that all 3 had eaten one same meal . The manager was to call us back to check on how we were today - no call !! . I actually took poorly in the night as did one of my nieces, that was 5 of us .

My sister a regular made them aware also and was met by a rude Director who accused us of trying to scam him . We had asked for nothing and simply done the decent thing by making them aware . My partner was offered a free meal which we were not requiring as he was aware only the restaurant to check before serving more customers what the food issue could be . I would consider this to be quite considerate course of action by a customer. As for the restaurant the call was not received between 2-3pm today and at this point there is 4 families, whom 3 are regulars that will not return and certainly not recommend.

5 FAMILY MEMBERS WITH FOOD...

Second time here within a month. Table of 4 and we all had the early bird menu which is fantastic value for money. The caprese salad was divine with a lovely twist with the melon slice. I opted for sea bass as main which was divine, wife has sea bass and our friends both had lasagna. Everyone cleared their plate. Very well cooked food and FINALLY a decent Italian style restaurant has come to Sale. About time the restaurant scene there got dragged kicking and screaming to a higher standard. First time around last month Linguine was heaving with people. This time it was a Monday night in middle of Christmas and quiet. Both times service was great and had a warm welcome and we were well looked after. Great to see local business thriving and Linguine feels like one that's around to stay. Oh I almost forgot...the dessert menu was on point too. If only they had sticky toffee pudding and our guests would have been happier but my crème brulee was fantastic. Will definitely be booking in again when we are next back up visiting...

This place is a treasure for those on a budget. It's not fancy, but everyone who come in seem to be treated like a regular or close friend. We came in for an early bird dinner after securing a time slot of 5:15 with notice to vacate the table by 6:30. That's fine as that's plenty of time for a table of two. You get to choose from the main menu with dishes labelled with (eb) by the side. 2 courses for £9.95!! And 3 courses for £13.95!!! Yes, that's right. It's not a typo. Sorry I was hungry and forgot to take the pictures of the starters, but I can assure you it was just as nice as the main and dessert. The final verdict is. You don't always get what you pay for, because sometimes you get that little something special. The restaurant industry needs to survive, but they also know the customers are facing a financial crunch too. They didn't raise the prices to increase revenue. They just added more table and chairs and an extra sitting so that they can work harder and still allow the majority to enjoy this...

As someone who isn't a big paste lover I have to say this restaurant is very nice. I went here with my family and everyone said the food was lovely, and served with Italian passion. The restaurant is quite small so booking is recommended. I would say you could access this venue in a wheelchair, however I would call their very friendly staff to discuss your requirements. There's minimal parking on the main road but there is a carpark near the metro sation. If you love pasta then you definitely need to give this restaurant a try.

My boyfriend and I’s favourite and MUST go to restaurant in Sale (arguably manchester too). Food and service is incredible every time and can never fault this restaurant! Easily accessible via tram station/buses from surrounding areas and city centre of MCR! My recommendations would be the bottle of primitivo, goat cheese starter with focaccia followed by any of their amazing pastas finishing with the cheesecake - can’t go wrong!
