Barton Dock Rd and Urmston Retail Park franchises, both Inconsistency in service and food quality. There's always a problem. Satisfying online orders for lazy customers come first. Visiting customers are Ignored at the drive thru speaker for 5 mins, another car pulls up alongside to the next speaker, they get served first. You drive to the first order window, staff are stroppy. The interaction between customer and staff has, is being replaced by electronic apps, The staff are clueless, no personal skills. Unnaceptable especially when there's no car queues, customers asked to wait at the FF window and then 10 mins later handed bagged slopped together, burnt, stale cold food with missing drink! Yes, I believe they do it on purpose, it's their way of having fun. No paper receipt in the bag either, have to keep on asking for the receipt. Only to get dirty looks from staff. Mcdonalds has no pride or quality about it any more. It's all about how much mass produced unhealthy rubbish can they serve in a day. You daren't drive back through as they have traffic cameras limiting time on the facility owned by a greedy land owner ready to fleece you for overstaying for an extra minute!!...
Read moreI went to grab a drink after doing some shopping, the manager (purple hair) was being so freaking rude to customers. Very much a CBA attitude which made me feel really uncomfortable. After ordering my frozen drink on the screens, I watched it being made and then it just sat on the side for 5 minutes, when I asked if it was my drink, I was promptly asked “has you order been called?” I said no, so she said “it’s not yours then”
2 minutes later, my order was called and I was handed the exact drink that I’d enquired about. Given it was a really warm day, it had half melted.
There was something I did witness which I think it worth a mention. The Chinese guy, who I think is called Lin, who works there, was absolutely amazing with the customers. I seen him help an elderly couple to their seat, he was so polite and friendly, I watched him deliver a really good experience for the couple. Also when he realised there was a backlog forming, he jumped in to help with the drinks, a real team player.

Read moreHonestly disgusting service today. The machines where all not working and sending you to the tills to pay so there was a queue. Instead of serving this the staff were stood about waiting for food and chatting. The manager on was Sean and he was also doing not alot. He could clearly see the line and was doing nothing. I asked a girl (Lillia) if anyone was serving and she just laughed then went to ignore me. When I eventually got served 15 mins later she was doing the drinks. I stood and watched her clear my drink off the board then proceed to not make it. I said excuse me I'm a medium coke and I would like ice please. She gave me 3 tiny nuggest of ice and then diet coke which she half filled. At this point I'm fuming. I said are you not even going to fill it and she once again laughed. I took her name and will be making a formal complaint to head office too. She should not be working anywhere near customers....
