Deserve a zero star! We had an absolutely horrible experience here. Better run away and never come back again! Very unprofessional and rude👎. We ordered food for 5 people at the till because we wanted to use our NHS discount that we couldn't use with the online app. We paid altogether and he did not give us any receipts to check. So we trusted as usual, sat down and waited a long time for food. When the food came, we realised that the guy at the till omitted 3 items from the whole order including a whole meal for one of our children. Imagine a hungry kid who is waiting for her food and the other 4 of the family are eating! While we shared with her, I called the manager and explained the situation and he brought the receipt and said that you have not paid for that food! When we complained to him, he did not apologise, he was just repeating the same sentence that there should be a problem with the till! So, we ordered again and this time was more shocking and disappointing! As I attached a photo of the receipt, we ordered a plain Fino Pitta with no side and they brought it with the onion and other stuff in the pitta!!!! Called the manager again and he brought the chef to the table and showed him the food. Not only he did not apologise but also he excused the fast cook and the mistake of the staff. Unfortunately, his nails were longer and dirtier than in any horror movie you have ever watched. It could be an allergic ingredient in the food which is pernicious. Anyhow, when we saw the guy, his dirty nails and his attitude, we immediately left the restaurant with a very sad and terrible experience. I hope one day, the hygiene investigation will take place in this Nandos branch and close...

Where do I begin... me and my girlfriend were looking forward to our first nandos date however it was completely ruined when we waited for an hour only to realise they had completely missed our order so we got a full refund and left in anger. I am shocked that a place like nandos could do this because there main purpose is to serve FOOD which we didn't get and they are meant to have people who come to your table to ask how your meal is (oh wait we had no meal) and with how quiet the service was it should have been obvious that we hadn't recieved our food and it was obvious because I saw one of the waitresses go to the table next to us and ask how there food was and she saw us come in and knew how long we had been waiting. For anyone who plans on going to nandos in Altrincham don't go! the staff are young and inexperienced and don't know simple customer service skills and although what happened to us may have been a one of its totally out of order that it happened it just shows how little the staff there care about doing there...
