Nando's Manchester - Trafford Retail Park — Restaurant in Trafford

First and last time visiting this Nando's. Was a quiet Sunday evening, waited at the door for a few minutes before getting noticed and taken to a table which wasn't clean. Ordered on the app, 2 bottomless drinks and sparkling water and beer. After 10 minutes had to go up and ask for the drinks. A few minutes later the beer and water arrived with the bottle top still on the beer. Asked for it to be opened and some forks as there were none left. After 5 minutes a man behind the desk then came and opened the beer with a lighter, not ideal. The food arrived a while after and we had to ask for forks again which then arrived wet and not clean, like they'd been taken out of the dishwasher early. The chicken butterfly was really dry. There was also a table they'd put together for about 12 people, they'd left before we got there but the plates and the mess was there until we left, the staff were too busy chatting to clean it up. I'd avoid this place and just go into the Trafford...

I love Nando’s, but this is such a bad one, from the moment we walked in our feet stuck to the floor, we waited around five minutes to be seated even though it wasn’t overly busy and it was only us waiting, sat down to order to be told the drinks machine didn’t work and they only had cans, at which unbeknown to me we paid £3 each for (non refillable) the receipt didn’t have prices on which was strange so I worked it out, everything just felt sticky and dirty then the food came out, the chips and rice was fine but the chicken pitta was stone cold and looked like it had literally been thrown together and was a mess, maybe they need more staff? It wasn’t crazy busy but I only noticed four staff in there and everything was just so shabby, I’ve never experienced a bad Nando’s visit until today, please please please clean your floors, that is enough to put people off...

The chocolate cake decadent absolutely the most phenomenal chocolate cake I've ever eaten! The mango 🥭 dessert also really scrumptious so fresh. The hot food mouth watering good nice broccoli 🥦 the butterfly chicken just melted in my mouth, the peri salted chips wow loved every single thing I scoffed. Was such a lovely atmosphere music playing was almost like tribe music, the staff were so friendly and helpful keeping everything clean and tidy the toilets 🚻 looked very clean and well stocked. We also got to sit in a booth the seating was really comfy we stayed ages was nice just sitting sharing food and enjoying the ambience of the place. I also liked that the first thing the staff were asking if we have any allergies it is good to be so careful luckily we do not have allergies but this is something that is...
