Terrible I called up made a £40 order from 3.5 miles down the road. After 20 mins of placing my order was sent a text to say my food had left for delivery. Myself, my wife and two year old waited another hour before I picked up the phone to see where my order was. I was told it was just leaving a bit disgruntled I accepted this and waited another ten minutes, then I received a call back from domino's to say they didn't deliver to this area (3miles away) this was also now an hour and 45 minutes from me placing my order. Now very angry and hungry I decided to go and collect my order. Within ten minutes I arrived at the shop to find 8 people standing behind the counter doing nothing. I asked for my order, after hunting round for five minutes they found it but had still not cooked my second pizza. That was enough for me I exploded at the manager explaining how bad they were at they're jobs the manager responded with lies and even tried to tell me they had driven my pizzas to me but could not find me. He then asked me for the money which I threw at him and asked for a discount. He responded with a six pound discount. 15 minutes later my order was complete I returned back to where I was staying to open the boxes and find my order was wrong and bits were missing, the food was also very poor quality. I made the best of it and decided to eat it as it was now 22:00 and my two year old was still yet to eat. Avoid this place like the plague, the staff are poor at there jobs and the...

Food arrived really fast. Unfortunately though both myself and my partner were then ill all weekend, it was confirmed today we had …SALMONELLA…poisoning likely from the chicken wings. Rang the shop to let them know hoping they would look into it but was met with a defensive rude response from the manager saying he checks fridge temps himself and the chicken is pre cooked. No concern for our illness and not really very educated in that you can still catch salmonella from badly re heated chicken which looks like this is the case. We hadn’t eaten anything else that day hence ordering a take away after a long day so it is certainly from them. And I wasn’t going to leave a review as such but due to this bad customer service afterwards and the un-willingness to look into it I feel I must warn other people. Don’t eat here if you don’t want to be ill all weekend afterwards. They don’t care about your health. Will be informing relevant authorities also now so maybe they will look...

Had a terrible experience here when ordering for my birthday a couple of weeks ago on Fri 11th October. The usually great app told me that our order was ready, so I parked up outside and made my way in. I could see my name at the top of the order screen and announced my arrival. The young lady on shift tried looking for it but couldn't find it. Shortly after, the order screen wiped and all names disappeared. I received NO update, NO explanation as to what was going on... had to move my car several times due to the delay. It was about 30 minutes after my order should have been ready that I was given two very clearly hurriedly-made pizzas without any explanation as to the 30 minute delay. Why did the app tell me they were ready when they were not? Why could none of the staff apologise and explain that they were experiencing difficulties? Without this I and others were left incredibly frustrated. I will hesitate to use this store again and advise others to reconsider...
