Sunday the 13th around 1:20 to 1:45 am I had the worst experience of my life in a this costa stansted airport. I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy the service and people at costa.
However that has changed I was abused my one of the staff not just verbally but also physically and he threaten my life and more. this happened because I didn’t know what to order and therefore I took some time to look at the menu so he started by saying “I don’t have time so move “ this was weird and shocking to me because I was the only person on the que. I then told him there’s no one behind me so why do I have to be quick and he proceed to smack the brownie on the tills and said he wasn’t going to serve me anymore and he lost it again and came from behind the tills to face me and started pushing and threatening me .
One is his colleagues came to calm him down as he was ready to hit me with the cups. And everyone was there shocked and people stopped me to apologies. I asked for his name or a manager and he didn’t want to give it to me after a while he brought a name badge with the name NAHA.
He was also swearing in an Arabic language. Im absolutely appalled and demand there be action taken over this guy.
I hope I don’t find him again in this costa as he doesn’t deserve to work here and doesn’t represent the costa values.
He threaten my life and made me feel humiliated and scared for my life I plan to press charges if nothing happens from this because this is unacceptable.

Read moreOne of the worst experiences I have ever had, as soon as I entered all the staff were on the phone to see the loud football match, after a few minutes they realized I was waiting for an order, a flat white, I asked for information on how it works the discount on the Costa app but the manager with the name on the personal label Amine / Amine, something like that, started to answer me with a bored voice without making me understand how it works. then I asked to pay and with an irritated and slightly high voice he repeats to me twice what the total is. I pay and he asks me if I want sugar and I reply that I was ok, he repeats to me 2 more times if I wanted sugar for the umpteenth time I feel uncomfortable, and I ask him if he can hear me or have hearing problems, at that point he comes out of the bar counter, yells in my face without keeping social distance, to leave the bar. at that point, I ask him to calm down and that is not the way to treat a client. although I think he is part of the management of the place because he was the only one without the apron. at that point I go out and after a few minutes a guy from the staff comes up to me and kindly shows me where the waiting room is and I hear "Amine" yelling again calling the guy who is part of the staff and scolding him and asking why he was close to me, then he took him back to finish their conversation .. all of this was really shocking and shameful I hope someone takes...
Read moreI ordered a ice oat latte with sugar free caramel, the cashier read it back to me and it was correct, and he was very polite as well. Then I saw the barista making my drink and I watched him pour semi skimmed milk instead of the oat which I asked for (lucky I am not allergic!). I then questioned the barista and he then told off the cashier for not stating oat milk with the order (strange as he read it out to me correct but anyway). Remade my drink without hesitation so that was fine, but then did not place the oat sticker on. This is a costa at an airport and they were decently busy so mistakes happen but I am afraid they would have failed their costa check on this one (I work at a costa so I would know haha).
