Visiting the Rituals shop at the Stanstead airport is always a pleasure, but being helped by Louise made it truly exceptional. After a really stressful journey to the airport, meeting someone so friendly and helpful completely turned my day around. Really rude customer service. I have been a customer at Rituals for years, but the lady who was on the shop front today was extremely rude as I was trying their products. At the hand wash (which I always use at Rituals stores) she tried to accuse me of not using their products before as I didn’t rub the exfoliater in a circular motion.
