Burger King at Stansted Airport is truly a gem in the fast food world. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
But what really sets this location apart is the outstanding service provided by its staff. In particular, I must give a special shoutout to the amazing manager, Antonio, and the best crew member, Maria.
Antonio is a true leader, always going above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves happy and satisfied. His attention to detail is impressive, and he takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Maria, on the other hand, is an absolute joy to interact with. Her positive energy and infectious smile are truly contagious, and she always goes out of her way to make sure that every customer feels welcome and appreciated.
As for the food, I must say that everything I've tried at Burger King has been simply delicious. The flame-grilled burgers are always juicy and flavorful, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the milkshakes are a sweet and satisfying treat.

Read moreWe visited this burger king before our flight on the 30th September where me and my partner made 2 separate orders. Despite the screen saying 5 minutes service time, our orders appeared then disappeared off the screen and after about 20 minutes of waiting we then asked about our food to be told it was “being made”. My partners order was then called, however no sight of my own. I then asked again if it was being made when I was rudely snapped at by employee Sai (who I had already seen be extremely rude to other customers with similar problems). He said “I gave this order” in an aggressive tone, when he walked off providing us no help. When we then asked another staff member, they then alerted who seemed to be the manager who prioritised my food, over 30 minutes after when we had ordered originally, and when we sat down to eat, my partners burger was not even made correctly as he had ordered no ketchup and there was ketchup smeared on it. I think that the service we received was appalling and if our flight hadn’t have been delayed, we would have had to leave our food. It is not acceptable for the inflated airport...
Read moreI have never posted a review before but if one place deserves a bad review, it has to be this Burger King at international departures. I don't blame the staff as they are all working hard but the management/ownership of this location need to take a few courses on how to run an effective fast food restaurant. The staff are overworked, confused and under immense pressure from the endless lines of unhappy customers that are waiting upwards of 30mins.. for a "fast" food option. The screen on display stating 5 minutes or less to fulfill an order? Data probably hasn't been updated in a few years as me and other customers of the restaurant waited for much longer. I waited for 40 minutes, nearly missing my flight. Save yourself the trouble and just go to another restaurant, there are plenty of options nearby. Anything is better than this Burger King location.
