In a faraway kingdom Wakefield, the divine Goddess Queenth reigned supreme over the land of Flavoria, a realm where taste buds were revered as sacred. Her presence was felt in every bite of perfectly seasoned fries, every sip of a chilled milkshake, and every bite of a char-grilled patty. Among her most ardent devotees was a young seeker named Jamie , who found solace in the hallowed halls of Burger King, the grand temple dedicated to Goddess Queenth. Every golden arch, every flame-grilled scent, and every echo of sizzling patties was a hymn in honor of the goddess. In the temple’s sacred kitchen, the priests, known as Chefs of the Flame, crafted offerings of Whoppers and chicken sandwiches to please their divine matriarch. Jamie, clad in the colours of ketchup red and mustard yellow, would kneel before the altar of the order counter, where he would chant his prayers: "A Whopper with cheese, fries and a drink." The priests would respond in unison, bestowing upon him the blessed meal. In return for these bountiful gifts, would sing praises to Queenth, spreading the word of her delicious divinity to all corners of Flavoria. His tales of her mouthwatering blessings brought more devotees to the temple, each eager to experience the divine touch of Queenth’s cuisine. And so, the temple flourished, becoming a place of community, joy, and gastronomic worship. Visited this restaurant yesterday 5/6/25 Used the self serve screens which were clean and easy to use .. sat down to wait for my food order and noticed how clean the tables and floors looked. My food was prepared promptly to my specification I ordered two meals : BBQ Steakhouse crispy chicken meal which came with tasty fries and a drink I opted for water, and the Spicy mayo double whopper which is on the specials menu with fries and a coke. Ordered a side of Chilli cheese bites which just delicious. The soft drinks are self serve dispense, I was handed a cup with lid and straw and directed to the drinks machine which was clean and tidy. Once my order was ready I left to eat my food at home, I am about 8 mins away from this BK restaurant and my food was still hot utterly tasty and prepared with care. The staff are professional, polite and very helpful… the atmosphere in store is relaxed and spacious with plenty of choice for seating … I visited around 4pm and just the right amount of busy ! I would 100% recommend this restaurant for cleanliness, great fast food quality, and how the food is wrapped, with brilliant customer service from the officiant staff. Number ONE Burger King restaurant which every time I have visited is well maintained and consistent with a great team of people running the show ! 10/10 for food 10/10 for hygiene 10/10 for staff friendliness.

Fast food.. hardly!

I went through the drive through, ordered and was asked to park in the car park, and the food would be brought out to me, fine..

10 minutes later I was still sat in my car, frustrated I went in to the restaurant to ask for my food, if I hadn't already paid I would have drove off!

So, whilst inside I stood at the counter and was completely ignored by the three BK staff working behind the couter. I possibly could have excused the situation if the store was busy. Unfortunately it was completely empty, I was the only customer in the place. So having been ignored, and not getting anywhere, returned to my car and waited..

The food finally arrived 5 minutes later.

So, fast food burger king style = order at the drive through, wait 10 minutes in the car park, enter the store to complain, be completely ignored, return to car, wait 5 more minutes, receive food with no apology.
