From the moment I walked into Rockello Cafe and Restaurant, I felt like I’d stepped into a little slice of holiday heaven. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and inviting — the kind of place where you instantly forget your worries.
The waitresses are absolutely beautiful, not just in appearance but in their exceptional manners and genuine warmth. Their attentiveness made the whole experience feel special, like I was a valued guest rather than just another customer.
Now, let’s talk about the man making the fresh orange juice — he gave me a smile I’ll never forget. There’s something about his warm eyes and kind soul that makes you feel right at home. And while he humbly goes about juicing oranges like it’s just another day, we secretly know he’s the owner — and that quiet humility only makes him more admirable.
And the food… my tastebuds are still writing thank-you notes. I don’t know what kind of wizardry the chef is up to back there, but every bite was a masterpiece. I’m convinced they don’t cook with ingredients — they cook with emotion, humor, and possibly sorcery. It was the best meal I’ve had in ages. I nearly asked for a photo with my plate.
Rockello isn’t just a cafe — it’s an experience. A warm, unforgettable one that feels like a getaway in the middle of your day. Already...
Read moreWe’ve always really enjoyed this place and have recommended it to friends and family many times. In fact, we were just there with some mum friends and our babies. However, our visit yesterday left a really bad impression. We know that Rockello closes at 2:00 PM, and at 1:45 PM, a waitress brought us the bill and told us, “We are closing now.” Since we had already finished eating and were aware of the closing time, we began packing up slowly to leave. A couple of minutes later, the same waitress returned to clear the plates. We mentioned that one of our friends, who was in the toilet changing her baby, would like to take her leftovers home. The waitress returned with a takeaway box, and I told her it was okay—our friend could use the tray she already had. Her response was again, “We are closing now!” I looked at the time—it was 1:50 PM. I politely reminded her that we knew the café closed at 2:00 PM, but she remained rude. I’ve never experienced service like this here before. It felt very unwelcoming and abrupt, especially considering we were already on our way out. This experience really soured our visit, and unfortunately, I’m not sure when we’ll be back—despite being...
Read moreDrove from Leeds as I heard a lot of hype on this place and BOY! they did not disappoint. As soon as I entered I was welcomed by the most friendly staff and they all had smiles, which is something I like to see as it made me feel welcomed. We were sat down straight away considering it was busy we did not feel rushed. The decor of this place is was put together well and you could tell the owner cared when designing it. The owner himself is very involved in ensuring everyone is happy and made us feel very comfortable. This type of customer service sets the benchmark for me.
As for the food ............. all I can say is WOW. I ordered the Persian eggs and this was very different to your usual type of breakfast but was probably the best breakfast I have ever tasted. They did not slack on the portions and are very welcoming when it comes to adding things to your order which they may not have on the menu.
This is by far the best breakfast/brunch spot in the local area if not the whole of...
