Only one tiny thing spoilt it like a flea in the ointment Disabled toilets -no toilet paper or soap Good job I had some tissues ! I reported it to server she did apologise to me but I could tell nothing was going to be done I explained I wasn't complaining for my own sake but concern for any disabled person who could be in a worse predicament Server in second thought said she would report it to the manager I would give it all 5 star if it weren't for no toilet paper in the Disabled toilet room and no soap so I give it 3 star 4 star for service because when I first reported to server about no toilet paper her saying sorry to me in first instant wasn' t given any thought so I had to explain She then realised the situation with an apology again and said she would report it to the manager I would have given 5 star for service but for acknowledgement of complaint I give 4 star Given it was very busy too maybe she deserved 5 star Good coffee I enjoyed and the chocolate rocky road was deliciously...

My sister in-law and partner recently visited first the Castleford drive thru store and on a later date the junction 32 store and were served by a very rude staff member called Troy at both stores, at the drive thru he made my sister in-law feel very uncomfortable when she mentioned a drink had been spilled and he left it to her and my partner to clear up and was very rude afterwards, a manager was spoken to and the issue was resolved in store or so we thought, when visiting the junction 32 she was again served by Troy as it would seem he had moved stores, once again he was rude barely saying 2words when she ordered her drinks and was very standoffish towards her, this has made her not want to return to either store if this is the quality of staff that are being hired and allowed to serve customers as a result they have lost the custom of not just my sister in-law but the rest of our...

Personally I don't get the whole Costa thing being better than anywhere else. Its coffee, and always a wait to get it. So I very rarely go in one. But we was out with family and wanted a drink, so went in. Queue was to doorway, took forever to actually get to order. Then another 15/20 minutes to actually get drinks. No cups so had to have take out cups. The girl who was making drinks was actually fantastic at her job, calm efficient and doing her absolute best to make drinks. But she was the only one, so that explains the queuing. She needed help, there should have been two people making drinks. All time we was there the queue was to the door, never went down, in fact it grew to outside. I didn't use loo's but others with us did and all said they wasn't very good. Needed cleaning/sweeping.
