Visited 15th April, not only did I leave with a sandwich, I also left with a free side order of attitude from staff member 'TASH'.
Whilst double checking politely I had placed my order correctly with 'TASH', the truly delightful and not so well mannered 'TASH' snapped at me, 'I don't have four hands, I only have one pair of hands!!'. I politely told 'TASH', I was only double checking I said my order correctly, to yet again be met with more attitude, sniggering and snidey comments to another member of staff.
I can only assuming 'TASH' was off sick or fell to sleep when Subway covered Customer Service.
Luckily, there is another Subway across the road where the staff are very friendly. In future I will stick to the Xscape store and recommend this store any day over...

When I reached the counter, the staff member abruptly told me I had to order first. Despite that it was very quick service, staff helpful and friendly, made us a perfect sub! Put enough of everything what we asked! They went beyond my expectations when being so busy staff stepped out of counter and quickly wiped table for us which just been left by other customers.
