Probably the worst over priced place I have eaten.

What can I say, you can put lipstick on a pig and it will still be a pig! That's refering to the burger.. Cheap frozen burger patties and a bun that crumbles on touch. £15 odd quid for a cheap dressed up burger which between that burger and the fatty pulled BBQ nachos will leave you on the toilet for the next few days like it did to me and my partner.

The kids chicken nuggets were harder than the rocks on the beach, needless to say all three kids didn't eat them as they said they were horrible and I had to try one and I had to agree!

The staff weren't bothered when I told them and you could tell they couldn't be bothered even by the way they serve you!

The tuna jacket potato looked like the chef was on one side of the room and the kitchen porter used a catapult to launch it on to the plate and the taste was an absolute insult to food.

Time to book up your standards and let the quality reflect the ridiculous prices they have put on the food.

Safe to say we won't return and I would recommend you don't eat there!

Kieran was quite a miserable chap taking orders at the counter, however David was excellent. Great place to hang out, The food was good. Very disorganised ordering system (a simple sign could do the trick) for Eg (Place order here and collect your food from the kitchen inside) (please collect your drinks here) Also misleading (card only with an arrow sign pointing to another window) Customers not sure where to queue??? So people paying cash forming another queue. Don’t know who thought of this obviously isn’t very intelligent! There is a board outside with a different menu for the inside And another menu for the outside. Really not thought through. Kieran says that deal is for the inside. Then why do you have the inside menu displayed outside??? And another menu for the outside. Which is not placed at the payment counter outside This place can be better and these suggestions can make your staffs life easier rather than having to explain to every customer time and again. We have ordered from here previously and it has been lovely. However, this time, it was disgusting and I would urge anyone else to give it a swerve. Initially, they got a very simple order wrong when instead of pulled pork nachos we got pulled pork with chips. They then got the order wrong AGAIN when they covered the nachos with Jalapeños despite being told not to due to a medical condition.

Finally, the hotdog was totally inedible. The bun was mush and the meat repulsive and undercooked. The chips were pale and undercooked.The chef is an embarrassment at this place, to get 2 simple orders of nachos wrong and being too incompetent to cook a hotdog is a joke and to be perfectly honest he is stealing a living. Will not be using this place ever again from now on as I would rather like to avoid possible food poisoning and to get the order that I have paid for.

A £45 order for this disgrace is a complete joke but it is lesson learned, no more of our money will be wasted here. Advice for the future to stop loosing even more custom: A change of chef here is paramount. He...
