Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

I have always go to greggs and buy food my experience at Victoria prestatyn North Wales I'd give a 0 if the choice was given

And the reason for this this is a blond women in their slim build called Dawn who has also been reported to head office for her poor neglect behavior to wards me and the really shocking service .

Due to this person working their I now resuse to spend my money in greggs if this is the type of supervisers they employer . She has let greggs down and I'm sure of this more customers will come forward to as this person .toxic and don't care about any of the customers or what they want she has no idea what she is doing and on top of this you go in at 7.45 and their are no toastes available this only happens when she's on shift

When she's not on shift customer service is excellent by Sarah who should be promoted to manger. And and all the toastes and food is allways available when you walk in...

Earlier in the year my family along with friends on a trip from Ireland stopped in at your establishment excited of the prospect of once again sampling the delight of Greggs. WELL!! Never in my life have I been more distraught. if your going to trade under the great name that is Greggs atleast get the yum yums right, Walking in to empty shelves not a stake bake in sight and when finally getting my hands on the famous sausage rolls that lift the nation in hard times I was horrified
