Mouldy Rolls!!!!

My husband visited and bought us 2 bacon rolls. He brought them back to me at our accommodation and after a couple of bites I got this really nasty taste of mould!!!! Turned my roll over and the roll was mouldy!!!!

I wanted to come back and complain and ask for a refund but my husband couldn't be bothered. I don't know how long those rolls were there but it was long enough for mould to grow. If that's how long they're they keep their rolls and are happy to use them, I dread to think what the dates on other stuff are.

Wouldn't go back there again...

Ordered a cheese and onion panini and was given a half baguette with raw onion and shredded cheese. Was expecting it would at least be heated. The mocha I also ordered was a teaspoon of instant coffee plus a teaspoon of hot chocolate powder in boiling milk. Bit disappointing.

Other than the food, the service was great, the staff were friendly, and the prices were good. However I'm afraid I can't recommend the café given the state...

Changed quite a bit over time...they've redecorated & then after COVID, as with most other places, the price has gone up & the amount of food you get has gone down. I used to be really full with the amount of food in the Mega breakfast but now, it's almost half the size, is about satisfactory & costs an extra £1.50. To be honest there are better places, but further away from me...I will now be looking for a different café to have...
