Burger King — Restaurant in Wales

On our visit my 2 year old son sat on a chair which was broken he trapped his finger in the broken part of the chair and it marked his finger I went to the till to ask to talk to the manager to report the incident im a manager in a fast food restaurant myself and know that any incident reported should be dealt with and recorded in the accident book , when I told him what had happened he looked at me blankly and said ye so what am I supposed to do about it I said the chair need to be removed and it should be reported in the accident book he looked at me confused and said yeah so what do you expect me to do , I said write it in the accident book and he still didn’t have a clue what to do he said be there now came out and took the broken chair and asked if we wanted a free meal but we refused as we had already eaten our food all we wanted was it to be recorded he walked back to the kitchen area without filling in any kind of accident book or asking for any details which would be required to fill an incident form in , the manager clearly didn’t have a clue what he was doing and shouldn’t be left in charge of running a store if he didn’t know what to do when an incident occurs I dread to think of what would happen if it was anything more serious it really ruined the experience as ye just looked like he couldn’t care and was...

I wish i could put 0 stars!!! Worst place ever. Before we go we checked on google and says that closes at 20:00. We arrived there, we ordered through the machine and we chose Eat in. When the order was ready for collection they informed as that we are not allowed to eat in and they made the order as take away. Also they said the timetable is posted on the door. Who checks the door when the shops are open and while they have checked online? We asked them why they didn’t let us know when they received the order so we can cancel it and go somewhere else?! They said stupid thing and the cleaner called EMILY made ironic faces while was passing through us. Fast forward another couple ordered after us and they were eating in so we stayed to eat in. Chips were cold and hard as rock! Emily started mopping the floor and was kicking loudly the hazard cone. I never seen staff that was so rude.
