I can't speak highly enough of this place. The food, staff, atmosphere, layout and everything else about this place is just spot on. My 18 month old daughter absolutely LOVES coming here. The staff are all soooo, so friendly and always make us feel very welcome. Not only that, they always go above and beyond. The customer service really is impeccable. The food is always fresh, hot and full of flavour. The variety is brilliant and they cater for everyone. Plenty of veggie options, salads, currys, starters, breads, sauces, desserts, icecreams, etcs. Most definitely worth every penny. Their drinks are considerably priced too. I'd recommend this place to anyone. We'll definitely be long term, returning customers. I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always loved the food, service, and atmosphere. It’s one of those spots where you know you’ll have a good time and leave satisfied. However, I have to say, I’m really disappointed in one recent change: they got rid of the beloved ice cream machine.

The soft serve used to be the highlight of the meal. It was creamy, delicious, and the perfect end to a meal. Now, they've replaced it with a cheaper, pre-packaged option that just doesn’t measure up. The flavor is artificial and the texture is nowhere near what it used to be—honestly, it’s pretty awful.

The rest of the experience was great, as usual. But the ice cream downgrade really took away from the overall enjoyment. I hope they reconsider and bring back the quality dessert that so many...

We were put on a table at the end of the aisle so people were bumping past me, there was a guy sat on the next table who was clearly drunk who kept trying to talk to us. My fiancee had taken me here for my 30th birthday on Thursday and this experience ruined the whole day. We asked the manager to move to a booth behind us which was empty and she said she had to keep that for a table of 4. 2 minutes later she sat 2 people there which was very annoying. No one came to take our drink order, after 10 mins I had to go to the bar and ask myself. We were there 45 mins and no one cleared any of our plates so we barely had room to eat our desserts.
