Burger King — Restaurant in Wales

Had a takeout. One other person there apart from me. Ordered a Zinger Tower Bix meal, and I get home to at it, and it's a chicken fillet, hash brown, and tomato sauce? I had ine from Union Street 2 nights ago, I'm disabled and ill right now, so I'm having to have takeaways because I can't cook myself. That one, just had the mayo and lettuce. I don't even know what it's meant to be. Because 2 restaurants messed it up. Absolutely no spice. Tomato sauce and lettuce. No mayo. And a normal fillet not a Zinger.

It's like I just put tomato sauce on a Bird's Eye chicken burger and chucked lettuce and Heinz tomato sauce on. YUCK. It wasn't a massive order. I didn't mind waiting. But, mad rush and it's rank. Avoid this place at all costs in the evening. The service is not up to the standard you should expect. The member of staff who served me, you could tell she just did not want to be there, she had no clue the customer she served before me had to ask for his chip's to be replaced as she put them on the tray a full 8 mins before his burger was ready and in the process she spilled some on the counter and never bothered to clean them up after it was only cleaned when the manager who prepared my order incorrectly as it was a takeaway not eat in I mentioned to him that counter needed cleaning of the mess, which he had no intention of cleaning until I mentioned it when I got home with the meals although they were correct they were lukewarm after 5mins which was the time taken to travel home in my car, will not go to this branch of burger king again. My family and I went to Burger King near Llansamlet to try the new Vegan Royal Chicken free burger and plant based Whopper. They were was amazing!! Very delicious, cooked to perfection and more than we expected. You would never know they were not meat. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try. It proves everyone can play their part in stopping factory farming and go back to they way farming supposed to be by opting for more of a plant based diet. Who knows it might encourage a 100% plant based diet 🙏🙏🙏 The restaurant has had a refurbishment and looks great, the staff were friendly and the out door seating is perfect.
