Booked on line for family of 4 and download the sizzling pub app .The app shows the menu available but no prices. One of our party is a strict vegetarian. When we arrived for out booking all the proper social distancing measures were in place , tables and chairs were all sanitised before being seated. We were asked to select our food off the menu from the app as table menus were not being handed out due to covid 19 .We eventually picked our sharer starter and our 4 meals and then queued for 30 mins to have our order taken, there was only 1 bar person serving for all the food orders and drinks which made it a very slow service. When we got to the bar and requested our sharer starter , it was apparently not available !!!!!! So we decided that we would have NO starter at all as the one we wanted was the only vegetarian one .We then asked for the vegetable lasagne but this also was not available !!!!! There was nothing else on the menu ( had to look back on the app) that our vegetarian liked that was on the menu . It might have been better if they had told us before arriving what wasn't on the menu !!!!!! We decided to leave as it was a real downer for our family get together. I spoke to the manager on leaving and told him it was a poor effort by the management to inform customers prior to arrival or even on the day ( a chalkboard at the door would help ) of what was NOT available and that it said no where in the restaurant or even on the app what food was not available. The managers response was that his head office make the menu decisions and that he doesn't have time to go through the menu and select all the different types of meals for vegetarians/Vegans etc that aren't available. This is a pathetic answer as they are showing a full menu available , seating customers under false expectations. Will not be visiting again . My money will be...

Attended my booked table for 2 at 5:30 pm today. I waited to be seated, to be told that I was on table 3 which clearly had not been cleaned , the table was clearly dirty from previous customer, when I asked her to clean the table she just wiped it over with a damp cloth and no anti bac spray. I Ordered my main meal waited a good 20 mins or so, (a table of 9 sitting next to us on table 2) hence my main meal of a mega meal mix grill was handed to the guy on the other table 2 and my husband sat with his food , I was thinking to myself that this must have been a mistake cos we ordered way before table 2. Colleague realised he had given my meal to table 2 came back out and took my meal from the gentleman and apologised that he had handed him the wrong meal. 30 seconds later the same colleague brought the mega mix grill back to my table to offer it to me in which I should have had in the first place. ( can’t believe during a pandemic that he even offered the same meal to myself within 30 Seconds of removing it from table 2, they make sure you spray the anti bac on your hands on entering then go and do this, makes no sense) I obviously refused this meal and ordered something completely different but was told to get in the queue. I think this service under current COVID situation is appalling. Would you eat a meal misplaced on the wrong table with the guy talking over it for the minutes it was in front of him??? This is clearly not very...

Rang to see if they had a table which they did. Party of 7 (3 families). 1 ordered at 12.49pm and had their food 10mins later. 2 others ordered at 1.02pm and at 1.20pm were still waiting. Food is expensive with very limited deals- ordered kids meals and only after sitting down and talking did one of us realise that it's actually a 'deal' which we've then missed. When we ordered the kids desserts we were met with 'should have ordered the meal deal' to which I explained that the menu is very difficult to understand and that when I was served I wasn't offer it. When they arrived *finally they were a measley tiny potion. Very annoying given that I was CLEARLY ordering two kids meals yet the server happily charged me for them plus drinks (with no offer of the meal deal). When the food finally arrived the kids pizza was a cheap microwave one. The final set of meals then arrived 15mins later....so a 42min wait for them and we all ended up eating separately.

Drinks- super expensive, especially given we were charged full price when the kids should have been in a deal. The cherry on top was when I ordered a cappuccino only to be told there's no milk. Place was busy- no atmosphere, a regular walked in and all of sudden a huge table of 14 was made in the middle for them. Absolutely diabolical! Really...
