Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Was about to enter Greggs at Herons Way this morning at around 8 45am (Fri 22nd Jan). Although high percentage of customers wore masks, two workmen wearing high viz jackets entered the shop without masks and were served. They left the shop whilst their food was being prepared and the three of them congregated at the entrance smoking, no social distancing . When their food was ready for collection they re-entered the shop collected their food from the counter and of the three with one still not wearing a mask. The three then congregated together at the at the exit to to add condiments to their food. I should add none of the three individuals used any sanitiser when entering the shop. Is there a wonder this virus spreads so quickly? Needless to say, I didn't go into this shop. GREGGS....THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Not expecting staff to ' police' customers but surely by now we all know....NO MASK ...NO ENTRY.No wonder this deadly virus spreads. I will not be going in there again ...just...

Feel I have to share the shocking customer received at this Greggs store this morning. Long queues with 3 staff members but 2 staff members doing telephone orders with delivery guy waiting. Then 3rd staff member, only one serving started filling up ovens got 3 mins so no one serving customer with 12 in the queue! Eventually served after 15 mins in the queue by a girl with shocking attitude. Asked for vegan sausage roll and a chicken bake. Gave me a pastie and asked if I wanted sause in my sausage roll! Repeated my order to her, she rolled her eyes at me and redid my order but said they had no vegan sausage rolls! I thought the vegan roll was Gregg’s best seller! Anyway worst customer service ever, girl is in the wrong job as doesn’t give good service. I will not visit this Greggs again but go to one nearby. I am by the way a loyal Greggs customer and it’s such a shame that this store offers such poor service and will give Greggs...

Went to llansamlet Greggs the one by asda Swansea placed my order gave woman twenty pound note she gave me change of a ten pound note. When I complained she said no you give me ten I told her it was twenty she said she had to call the manager who came opened the till walked away didn’t ask if or what the problem was.the resistant staff member them looked in the till and said yes you did give me twenty then gave me the right change. I recommend anyone who goes there use...
