Good points

Price of the food is what you go by as it all breaks down into the same stuff inside you. The people using many of the other non-burger fast-food restaurants in Morriston needlessly pay more. Breed then for height as taller people are overall cleverer but only overall. I eat there to get out, you are supposed to find waiting for the food part of the experience of being out of the house like a normal table serve restaurant. Avoid the rush hours traffic if don’t like waiting. One of the things burger fast food restaurants mix up on too little sauce and lettuce not good but too much and it makes a mess. It’s about getting it right. One of the things I know is restaurants fake the choice. They have many items on menus which are never in stock because their kitchens can never be big enough to store the full choice of food. I enjoy being able to place money every so often into their World Food Program charity box a well deserving charity.

Bad points

They try getting you to order more food than you need bad through the drive through. Saying things like why don’t you have a Zinger Tower again instead of something else. Remind the higher KFC management not to keep trying to cut costs on delivery drivers or you can guess there will be delivery shortages again like kept on happening in the past. Can’t beat...

Did a mobile order from the queue. DON'T do this. I will not remove any stars for this as it was our fault. However, they agreed to give our order via the drive through window...the one star is for this. We waited for 15 mins at the window having to listen to a make staff member abuse one of the other staff and swear offensive repeatedly in doing so. I'm sure he thought this was amusing in some way...it wasn't. We only got the drinks portion of our order and had to remind them there was more, we had the meal order which turned out to be thrown at the bag from several feet away I imagine...we then had to remind them of the 4 ice creams but after another long pause was told they only had 3 cups so they offered a muffin. We said no as we've already paid for it, do could it be put in a drinks cup instead and were told, no. We had our money for that back which added more time. Then we were handed 3 cups of ice cream with no discernible difference other than hight to a drinks cup and told there are no kids do they had put drinks lids on..which didn't fit. On the way home, the ice cream leaked all over my jeans and car seat. Appalling service and not very nice staff. Drive whatever distance to another...

It's official, we're running out of food! We must be even after repeating my order numerus times, still can't get my order right. I've been going here for years, often dragging the whole family, kids screaming waiting to play 'sides or no sides'. If you order a normal bucket usually they get it right, if you order an additional like mash or gravy then expect it not to be there. About a year ago they had chipgate, they're chips were errr.... not nice but that's behind them now. That's not the biggest thing anymore, tonights meal the chicken was thin, I don't mean orange segment thin I mean potato peel thin, I've had thicker crisps. I didn't think it possible to get the batter thicker than the meat but we'll done, mission accomplished. I understand the supplier has different size chickens and so in a bucket of 12 there will be different sizes but this bucket the chicken was so thin it only half filled the bucket.
