Update as second visit here ..reluctantly as first visit when they first opened found staff very miserable ..not smiley friendly too buisiness orientated serious but son bribed me with ice cream and it a year later. .stillspotless clean airy .Great choice ice cream is out of this world portion size is very good indeed so no complaints there .find it reasonable price .however it was the same staff wise .same staff girl same serious face not happy friendly relaxed feeling just loads of serious staff everywhere all looking buisiness orientated and although they are Italian struggled to understand us / them .this is my own personal opinion mind I like to feel at home see relaxed friendly go happy staff thar are welcoming smilies i find it just as important as the produce, the atmosphere Im not sure my son could bribe me a 3rd time to return maybe he could bring me one home but stars for good produce not for friendly welcoming laud back staff atmosphere thou but deffo good...

Cannot believe we had no service just now. Store was entirely empty, completely. Went into the store and sat waiting for 15 minutes whilst the two staff members watched us and literally ignored a table of 4. Usually never have this problem but twice now, we have been completely ignored. We were sat at the front of the store, literally beside the serving desk and the two workers looked over and us multiple times and not once did they come over or say they’d be with us. In fact they walked past us numerous times to go outside and see the two people sitting there who already had their orders!? They just served the two customers that came in and bought take away and took their sweet time about it just to avoid serving us. Absolutely horrific,...

I have bought 6 cakes from this heavenly desert shop for a year and they get better everytime 😋 Just 2 days ago I bought a '21' shaped birthday cake - vanilla sponge, toffee flavours with caramel filling . Lil biscuit balls were decorated on cake and little toffee pieces were decorated on icing too. Thankyou to the talented baker at Calabrisella and the lovely staff when we visit. Our cake was beyond excellent 👌 we enjoyed it...
