Very dissapointed with the service I received at this venue on Friday evening. My friends and I have been coming to this restaurant (formerly Ichiban) for years. We had booked a table for Friday evening and were not even greeted at the door. Once we were finally sat down we waited 20 minutes to order our food and drinks. We then had our food within a reasonable amount of time, our food was very nice as usual. If there was any issue with our food then we would have had to go and ask a member of staff for their attention as no one came to check how our food was. Once we finished our food the team quickly cleared our plates checked if we wanted any more drinks then handed us the bill very swiftly. They failed to ask us if we wanted the bill or if we were ready to pay. We were very upset that we had been rushed out of the venue considering we have been loyal customers for years and it was as though they wanted to just hurry us out. We no longer feel this will be somewhere where we will go out for dinner, which is very upsetting considering we absolutely...

I have tried the many dishes on the menu, and I must admit I have been extremely satisfied with them all

My fave is the chicken fried rice (with extra garlic, of course.) This dish comes with a salad, 3 fried dumplings and special dipping suaces. Extremely satisfying food

I have met the chefs, and they perform great dishes which are tasty and affordable

These guys also open in the evening too

Is a small and beautifully decorated Japanese restaurant in Canton. They have a large menu ranging from sushi, salad, tempura , fried rice and noodles. The veggie/vegan section has been clearly marked in the menu. The staff were humble and welcoming. The prices are reasonable as well, expect around 10 to 15 pounds for a 2 course meal. We had a variety of their maki, Inari Sushi and Udon Noodles. We caught by surprise that we thought we ordered Aubergine Tempura however we were served Agedashi, which tasted good.
