Absolutely stunning coffeeshop with an amazing atmosphere and top level service! Come here just after opening and smell the freshly baked croissant 🄐. Omg. The range of cakes, biscuits and sandwiches is great. Price range is ok and absolutely worthy. Pierre, barista extraordinaire, was awesome. He invited us inside just a minute before opening time. Thank you for the experience and the new treasure on our list of favourite places. Parking in the Nelson street parking lot. šŸ…æļø

This place used to be okay and is in a great location. Unfortunately over the past year the service, quality and cleanliness have plummeted. It's constantly filthy. The cakes are old and stale. The sandwiches sit all day with flies. It's really turned into a disappointment especially considering they have increased their prices. I don't think I'll be returning sadly.

What an absolutely fantastic lunch. A twist on a Caesar salad. A beautiful Caesar salad Brioche Bun with Bacon with a lovely Cappuccino to accompany it. Fast, polite service on a busy afternoon. Awesome šŸ‘Œ

Quite a disappointing trip - we were trying to decide between this and another cafe across the road. This place looked nice and a bit more bougie. We got a sandwich and avocado on toast…Avocado on toast was a very very thin bit of bread with maybe half a small avocado sliced and plonked on top… for Ā£8.. if it wasn’t for the Ā£2.50 bacon that was added, it would be really pretty sad. And there was no option to add on different egg options.. ā€œwe just do scrambled eggsā€. And then even though we just wanted to add bacon to the avo on toast, it was added to the sandwich too.. and charged for it. The sandwich was fine, if a bit spenny. So we wished we’d gone across the road… Seems to be a common conclusion looking at...

The food was pretty good and didn’t take too long for service. I ordered a frap and found it was very watery. I did however like the fresh water station they have by the door. My friend had ordered a caramel latte and the coffee came with no caramel. He also ordered a brownie to be warmed and it was not warmed in the slightest. They also made him pay by card due to not being able to give him Ā£1.70 change. We both loved the seating and found it very comfortable. Unfortunately there is only one toilet so people were queuing whilst we were trying to have our coffee. Over all not a bad place for a coffee but the prices for the sandwich’s considering the size was a...

Terrible experience there today. The coffee shop is located near to Coffee #1 and Costa. I decided to try it rather than one of the big chains. The cake was dry and stale. I discreetly brought this to the attention of the Manager behind the counter. She seemed annoyed and discouraged me from selecting another slice of cake from the counter because they were supposedly all from the fridge. She suggested carrot cake which I accepted, but she made sure it was the thinnest slice of cake she could cut. The latte made by the Barista was excellent but needless to say I won’t...
