Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I have a complaint.

When I rang the number on their Google page I got a message saying they don't answer the phone.

When I filled up their contact form on their website I couldn't get it to send. So let's tell the world.

I visited this outlet on 1 Feb 2023 at 5.00pm. About a third of the tables were occupied. Despite this on of the two female employees was bustling about cleaning the seating area, restocking the condiments station and dismantling the displays of food in front of the counter. Pretty ordinary coffee shop. Tired furniture, needed to change a chair that was falling apart! That was the Costa in the town of Barri. Went to the one in Porthcawl today, what a difference!! Lovely, clean, comfortable place with great coffee!! Someone in Porthcawl Costa should show the Barri lot how to do it!!!

Very popular place for coffee and cake, very busy Sunday morning even! Always pleasant behind the counter.
