Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I arrived at the store in question at 5.27 in order to retrieve a 'Too good to go' magic bag which I had purchased this afternoon. The time window to pick up was 4.30-5.30, which I arrived just in time to collect as traffic had delayed me on my way from my workplace. When I arrived, the door was already locked despite it being within the timeframe for me to collect. I attempted to inform the staff inside that I was there for a pre-purchased collection, but the tall skinny male staff member behind the register would not give me the time of day. When I tried to explain through the glass what I was there for, he wouldn't even look at me long enough for me to get my point across; instead he continued to wave me away and mouth 'we are closed'. His behaviour was totally unnecessary and frankly rude, I had driven quite a distance in order to collect and I couldn't even get an answer as to why I couldn't pick it up. I highly recommend retraining in this store to ensure the store is open at the times it advertises, and also to make sure staff treat members of the general public with courtesy even after they are no longer in work hours (which at the time of my visit, they were). This has cost me fuel that I cannot get back, for a service which is supposed to...

Giving this place 2 stars for the reason of the poor customer service from the females that work there. Me and my partner come to costa 4 to 5 times a week and every time we enter the women are very miserable and not very welcoming hardly speak to you about your order never smile and always sighing due to they’re jugs running out of milk also some of them bickering towards eachother thankfully they’re was a Welsh man there who took it upon himself to serve me after waiting 10 minutes for the women very dissatisfied in the customer service though this place needs more staff that are happy with what...

This costa coffee provide very good quality of coffee(better than it is the cafes next door)

I love the employee here they always smile 😊 ❤️

I usually come here and grab cup of cappuccino and stay in front of the big windows and watch people outside walking..

Or i take one of the seats and try to study pr read something..

It gets very busy in the weekends.

The only bad thing about this place that it is actually small.. few chairs..

I recommend it for grab and go...
