Deli Lazzaro — Restaurant in Wales

Really liked the pain au chocolat from here, soft, not too flaky, and nice chocolate !! My mum had a panini and a flapjack this time, she said they were both really nice and good portion sizes!! The environment was also very cosy and friendly ! Would come back here again and try something new, it was hard to choose what to get because all of the food in the display looked really good !

Edit: went here again and ate in the cafe ! Had a bbq chicken and cheese panini, which was rlly nice and had a good amount of cheese in, warm too! And I also ordered a dark hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, they did get the order a bit confused with dark and milk hot chocolate but it was resolved very quickly and i got my dark choc promptly after telling them it was wrong :]] So good customer service here !! I really recommend the hot...

Didn't eat here because the guy who 'welcomed us' was just awful. We asked for a menu to decide if there was anything we wanted to eat, but he rushed us to a table. He said "you'll have to sit down and let me explain what's not available'. He handed us the menu covered in crossings out and said, vthis the menu after Covid' (?). He then proceeded to reel off what they didn't have, so quickly that we missed most of it. But what we did catch was it was mostly stuff we would have had. He was so abrupt and it all felt so rushed and awkward that we just didn't feel like staying and quickly left, saying thank you as we scooted through the door. We just felt so uncomfortable. Glad we didn't go there in the end, as we then found McCowans...

My friend and I had lunch there, it was divine, their salads are in a class of their own. Scrumptious! They also serve the best coffee and delicious cakes. If you are in Aberaeron, this is the place to enjoy your a leisurely lunch. There are tables outside, which is lovely on good, dry days, with the inside, newly done up, with plenty of space. And it you are so inclined, they also serve alcohol. They have foodie gifts, which is so nice to take home with you whether you're on holiday or not! The staff are fantastic, kind and courteous.
