Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Maes Y Coed — Restaurant in Wales

Edit: The current price of a single large pizza is now an astonishing £15.00 gone up from £12.99 which is no longer worth it as good as dominos is it’s not worth the price and hence I unfortunately must say goodbye to dominos and hello pizza gogo who gives a 15+ inch pizza with a thicker base and 4 free toppings dominos ? A 12 inch pizza with no toppings three pound more is an absolute joke and hence 0 stars.

Really good food never messed up my order always early always hot. The problems the price 12.99 for a large pizza no toppings is very high it's a pizza i'm going to put it in my stomach not keep it for years as a momento or something I use everyday. The other problem the availability due to it not being halal and it's not hard to make it halal either it doesn't cost anymore then your average meat and pepperoni is my favourite and whats to lose ? You can only gain customers. Pizza gogo is 11.99 for a 15 inch double pepperoni and halal ! Why would I not choose that ? I'll pick good pizza at a lower price any day any time. But I maintain dominoes fantastic work and food the problem customer range and price it doesn't need to be that high. Slice pizza 3 medium's for 7.99 ! Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer.

I'll be telling all of my colleagues to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired!

PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to...

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery a special £12 each. A pepperoni and a New yorker with no mushrooms my delivery was fast and they even called to say they were outside my location Ramp World Cardiff. My food was perfect and my cycling delivery man was extremely courteous. I will definitely be using this service again.
