Exotic Shaad — Restaurant in Wales

Whilst the food from this place is acceptable. We will never order again or visit this place. We ordered on line for delivery tonight and the food arrived over 1 hour late (this is not the first time). When we complained we were told to mention this when we next order; no apology what so ever. Duh, we'll never order from you again. No customer service and I'll make sure I mention to everybody I know how poor the service is. Cold food at 9.15pm is not what I expect. Don't advertise as a delivery place if you are so incompetent you can't deliver before the food...

Have ordered from here many times as the food has always been really good. But this time the inconsistency in al the dishes was so great felt like the recipe has changed for everything! After a family takeaway, the salad caused a dreadful, evil stomach upset. Those who didn't eat the salad were fine. The next morning, I checked the plastic container that the salad was in. and it smelt bad. They say never to eat the salad from a takeaway as it's likely to have been in the container for a long time - never again....
