Group of 12 work mates met here to exchange presents ...well we were put in a corner when large tables next to us stay empty then a you man proceeded to take our orders.. and to say his manner was rude is an understatement...he finished off by demanding we return his menu....the waiter then proceeded to place a glass of whisky and coke on top of a napkin which lead to the glass spilling over...yes they replaced it but charged us for their mistake..when we tried to explain the young man in a very rude way refused to take responsibility by saying it was our fault.....needless to say we will not be celebrating Christmas or any other celebration again. To conclude the young man's response to please may I speak to the manager was no ..he is watching on cctv. When I pointed out how unacceptable his manner was he nearly nodded smiled and repeated thank you! No more ashoka...its poka poka for us...

Greeted by a friendly waiter food was ordered.
Poppadoms with accompanying dips were okay although salty.
The meat somosas were nothing to shout about, shop brought mass produced, not home/ restaurant made and quite bland.
Chicken Pathia Madras hot had nice flavours but unfortunately the chicken was tough texture and obviously been pre cooked and reheated in the sauce/ gravy.
Keema naan bread with Garlic and Coriander was tasty and freshly made but again salty.

The portion size did defeat me I failed to eat it all which for those who know me that's a rear thing indeed! I really enjoyed my meal and I liked the welcome and friendly banter. I have a copy of the menu and intended to try lot's of other dishes in the near...
