Take the opportunity to sit out in the garden area if you can - the relaxing atmosphere goes wonderfully with the delightful food. The breads and bakery items are all freshly made and the coffee and tea menu is excellent. Great salads options as well, plus pizzas on Friday and Saturday evening. It took us a while to call in following the place changing hands but we are very glad we did and will back! The new owners are wonderfully friendly and have put their own stamp and additional evening options onto what was an existing superb lunch spot. EDIT - we have now also eaten from the evening pizza menu and it was wonderful. A very light dough with generous toppings superbly balanced for flavour. There is a wide variety of Italian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. The coffee was excellent also! EDIT - we have now done lunch here as well, with the food quality, service and welcome outstanding again. This is becoming a regular choice now, despite the superb options available in the area.

Looking for an Italian Deli with original bio/organic products this is the place Grano´s . Freshly baked bread from 10:00. Excellent to see the Variations of Itaiian Snacks & Cakes and Deserts. Check out the Website granocardiff.co.uk You can find a selected choice of Prosecco wines and craft beer on offer. Good weather a garden at the back of the Café. Typicayl friendly and informative Dario, Giovanna and family from the southern part of Italy always a smile on their faces. So Caio For Now

Popped in for a takeaway lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the choice on the menu. A little on the pricey side but all freshly prepared and very high quality. I had a filled focaccia which was delicious and actually could have been shared between two so did my lunch for 2 days. Also tried the blueberry torta which was crumbly and light! Definitely going to be returning & will take some pics next time and eat in. The decor was contemporary with rustic touches, plenty of seating and an outdoor area but didn't see it to comment in. Absolutely...

I was invited here for a private event, so I didn't have to order/pay I just enjoyed eating We tried almost all kinds of vegetarian pizzas they have (margeritta, 4 cheese, aubergine with pumpkin sauce, mushrooms, vegis) all were great, their sourdough is very delicious The combination of aubergine with pumpkin was really interesting and out of the box, I would order it again for sure

Deserts however were average i couldn't choose a favorite however we tried everything
