Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

We went into this branch today , there was a lovely lady who made the hot choclate Luke warm for our two kids, as just in case they spilt them etc. Also, my daughter did spill her drink whilst sitting inside and went everywhere , we asked for a cloth so we could clean it up ourselves but she came over and took control and mopped it up and cleaned the table, nothing was too much hassle and she even made my daughter another drink . Brilliant atmosphere , she is from stoke on Trent I can’t remember her name but she was the supervisor on shift . If every shop had an employee like this retail would not be struggling . We went in here because I really wanted to try their vegan sausage roll. What I wasn't expecting was for it not to be served up warm. Who wants a cold sausage roll? We were told it was that good old staple "Health & safety". What hogwash! They can serve drinks so hot you can't drink them for 5 minutes as you would scold your mouth, but they can't serve a warm sausage roll. Does that mean that Cornish pasties are also served cold- even in Winter, when you really want something warm inside you? Just had my worst ever Greggs experience in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Along with two teas my husband and I ordered a steak bake and a vegetable bake.
