Awful. If there was an option not to choose a star I would! Two Saturdays in a row I have ordered 3 items in each order from this shop. Both weeks they have been wrong! You have one job? How hard is it to pack what a customer asks for when there is only 3 items??? Are you doing this deliberately because it’s a busy Saturday and you don’t want the effort of having to pack just eat orders?? I have never known anywhere get it soooo wrong. It's Gregg's, it does all the usual things that this chain sells. Sarnies, hot food, drinks and sweet treats. It can at times be busy and there is a bit of a wait, but the staff work quickly. I've not had any issues with the food. It's to the standard of takeaway fast food so you get a reasonable level of food there that is enjoyable, but certainly don't come in expecting anything fancy.
