Visited on Sunday morning, town very quiet, served by Debbie a Supervisor. Debbie grunted when picking up the wrong bag for my chosen item and proceeded to have problems with the till, all this with a disgruntled attitude. I enquired about a gift voucher and the response i got was a stern "on the wall". The vouchers were not obvious as you stood at the counter. My point is that it's not what you say but how you say it.
