Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Visited Greggs just to buy a baguette and was in a queue which should only have taken a few minutes to get served. However 15 minutes later I had still not been served as there was only 1 person serving and to make matters worse because people in the queue wanted coffees/teas you had to wait while they made them up via a machine. Not a good customer experience making customers who only want to purchase food having to wait while coffees/teas...

What an disgraceful place... Went in to get a small bite to eat with my partner.

All I can say is if you want to sit down in there look elsewhere! The place was covered in rubbish on the floor. The seats had food over them and not one of the 3 or 4 tables were clean!!

THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS AND LIKEWISE A ZERO STAR HYGEINE RATING!

It doesn't take much to sweep the floor and wipe seats and tables!😡

How about planning ahead of your stock levels.... Instead of waiting for all the sausage rolls, all the cheese and bean wraps, all the steak bakes and all the pizzas to run out before putting them in the oven? Here's an idea, when you see like 15 items left, stick some in and they'll be ready by the time you run out. Shambles in there on Saturday, shelves looked like the place...
