Disgusted. I have no words. Poor on every level, customer service being the worst element of the entire experience. It will be years before I go back, if ever. Order placed at 20:41pm. After approximately 40mins of waiting we notice our order just disappeared off the list. I talked to them, I said theyâre may have been a mistake. They seemed to disbelieve me. They checked their system, and we could see the mistake, they had deleted the wrong order, 7101 had already been issued and remained, and our order 7103 had been removed. Our order was not complicated. The lady I spoke to said very little, other then the usual of âwe have no gravyâ and walked off. 5-10 minutes later, the other server proceeded to pull the wrong order together again, he called it out again. I reminded him of the conversation that had just been had, he found the deleted order, he said very little, turned to the screen and continued to rummage around. Minutes later he called out another order number. These customers had been waiting the same time, and had noted the food theyâd been given had been waiting on the side for some considerable time. They checked the order, and it was cold and completely wrong. The server walked off and did not come back when questioned. The many shambolic events continued and escalated. The manager eventually came out (though wasnât the manager we learnt after). We concluded the food Iâd ordered was not available and wasnât going to be served and so I asked for a full refund. No advice given on timing and no receipt given. Another 5-10 minutes passed whilst we waited for the customer complaints number, the names of those providing no and poor customer service and refund being placed in my account. Whilst supposedly dealing with our issue, âthe managerâ proceeded to âserveâ another customer in front of us. After finally returning, confirmed he could not provide the names of the servers. Guess name badges arenât a thing anymore. I took photos so it doesnât really matter. After more discussions, with no apology, I eventually received a receipt of the refund, with a statement of itâll be in my account in 3 days. After over an hour in the Carmarthen outlet, I leave with no food, no money back in my account, made to feel as though I had no right to feeling anguished, no real apology, and extremely angry. With children needing food, I ordered a McDonaldâs (order arrived in less the 10mins). As a direct result of the staff incompetence at KFC (Carmarthen), my young daughter was an hour and half late going to bed and I did not eat. It also cost an additional trip of 40 miles to ensure my teenage son...

Today took the biscuit, ordered our food in the store waited for over half an hour and then saw that our order number had been taken off the screen. Went to enquire about the order, there was no apology and the server looked at the screen and walked off with little said. 15 minutes later (and half a dozen other orders called)we went to enquire again and voice our dissatisfaction but no servers were out the front. Another pair of customers also had the same issue as us and between us we managed to get someoneâs attention There was still no apology and staff that looked totally uninterested. When we requested to speak to the manager one server walked off, we thought to get the manager. A junior member of staff came back and asked what our order was and when told that if they werenât the manager then they should get the manager shouted through for the manager. Eventually about 5 minutes later a manager appeared who was still not apologetic and didnât even know what was going on. To add to the issue, while waiting we had overheard that they had not got any gravy or beans, meaning our order would be incomplete if it had ever arrived! We ended up requesting a refund (which was finally taken care of begrudgingly. It was 10p short of the amount it should have been and with no explaining that it would take a couple of days to process or a receipt given) When getting the details for the complaints department and taking the name of the manager we found out that he was only the assistant manager and the manager was not...
   Read moreShocking place. Every time I go to pick up food for my dad in the drive thru, Iâm told the tills are broken and Iâll have to come inside to order. This has happened 4-5 times in the past couple months. And every time, they havenât closed the drive thru. What was supposed to be a quick food pick up turned into me waiting 45 minutes in store for my food! The place wasnât busy at all, in fact I donât think Iâve ever seen KFC busy because itâs filthy inside, the floor is caked in grease, they donât clear the tables, thereâs mushy food on the floor, itâs just gross. 45 minute wait for an order I already placed on the app for drive thru, there were 2 people up front, one was clearly new, and the other showing the new employee what to do, then a bunch of other staff in the back just chatting and laughing away. Went again not too long after thinking itâll be better, but I was wrong. I go to the drive thru every time but the past few times Iâve had to come Inside and wait over 30 minutes each time. The last time I went through the drive thru where I wasnât made to come inside and order, they made me pull into a bay (understandable because I had a big order) when the 2 men came out with my food and drinks, I told them theyâve gave me the wrong drink and that I ordered Pepsi max not 7up and he said with a lot of attitude something about how thatâs not what my receipt says, when in fact my receipt did say Pepsi max. Shocking attitude, shocking service and absolutely disgusting atmosphere. 9 times out of 10 they get something wrong or cause an absolute inconvenience. Not even going to mention how appalling...
