KFC — Restaurant in Wales

Ask for salt, serviettes etc. Check lids are on drinks properly. Don't be surprised if you have hairs in your food. Don't expect any level of manners or customer service from the staff.

I have been to this kfc a few times but had the worst KFC of my life on Monday night. We had a zinger box meal and zinger stacker box meal. The guy at the window was rude. There were no serviettes given or those little packages with the wipes and salt in so we asked for salt, forks and sauce. He didn't give us the sauce so we asked again.

As we drove away around a corner my drinks spilled all over me. The lids had just been balanced on the top, not pressed on properly. Luckily they weren't hot drinks! Unfortunately no serviettes.

As I ate my zinger meal I noticed a hair in my burger. It was short and light brown (definitely not one of mine which is long and dark). I am not squeamish so I pulled it out and carried on. However there was another hair in the next bite. I was hungry so pulled it out and carried on. The THIRD hair put me off! It was in my final few bites and at that point I realised this was not an accident and probably done on purpose. There were no hairs in the zinger stacker burger.

I was wet, cold, hungry and disgusted! Ruined my night. Had to go home and shower. Squash all over my clothes and new coat. All made worse as I'm pregnant and was really looking forward to a kfc treat. I won't be going to this kfc again.

I should have gone back to complain but we had driven elsewhere to eat our meals and there was a queue at the drive thru plus I was soaked and cold. I got the impression that rude staff who put hairs in food and didn't put drink lids on wouldn't care if a customer complained anyway. However it was a waste of £15...

Waited in the drive-thru for 40 mins, get to order point, Cash only... Great, luckily had some. Party bucket please, sorry we haven't got any mini fillets, "ok, can we have something else to replace it".... "No".... OK fine I'll have it anyway. "Sorry, we can't sell it to you if we haven't got an item" so normally 14 pieces, popcorn, hot wings, mini fillets, 2 sides, 6 x chips. £30.00. So, I had to order a family feast which was 10 pieces, 4 chips... then added hot wings and popcorn chicken at a cost of £30.00 I spoke to the manager who didn't give a Crp that it made No sense that I couldn't order a Party bucket just because 1 item wasn't available... Funny that's never been the case when there's No gravy, corn on the cob, bottles of drink etc..I tried explaining that now I'm short 4 pieces and 2 fries and mini fillets, yet it's costing me the same price. It was like talking to a brick wall, the bloke did not care one bit... Cracking service from KFC.... hopefully an area manager or someone higher up, will take note that after making a customer wait 40 mins to order, you'd think there be some out of the box flexibility and apologies, nope let's instead treat the customer like Crp and rip them off as well. And what made in laugh is that half of the time my order is wrong, I'll get home to be missing something. So, I said can't you just sell me the party bucket and pretend you've forgotten the mini fillets like normal. I'd luv to say "that's it we won't be going there again" but sadly it's the kids takeaway of choice. So, I'll just have to endure the Cr*p service and attitude...

would give minus if possible absolutely atrocious customer service from the management some of the staff where very nice good customer service skills very polite but the work rate is very slow can tell they are struggling and then there was one young person male no facial hair very rude and the manager was not any better getting dirty looks dont know if he had a bad day but making your customers feel uncomfortable had previous family members complain about said manager in regards to his behaviour towards people of colour as the remarks he was making towards them and friends as we where there and can easily tell that the staff at the front of store are not used to working in high pressure fast environment 2 customers walked out due to wait and was waiting near enough 40 minutes for my order Love kfc but forever put off going to this store I will stick to the one in town and travelling an extra 20 mins just so I dont have to go through this type of treatment from the management terrible customer service management need to undertake a whole customer service and discriminatory behaviour classes and the inside was in an absolute state left over food on most tables and the tables that are clear are sticky and in a state would never recommend any 1 to visit this store terrible if my husband was with me he would be having words...
