KFC — Restaurant in Wales

Very disappointed with my experience today. I originally went around the drive through and sat at the order box for 90 seconds where there was no communication on whether to wait and order there or to continue to the window to order. As there was only one car in front of me I assumed that it was order at the window. Sat in the queue for 7 minutes to finally get to the window where all the staff are conveniently busy and ignore me for a further 2 minutes until I finally give up and go park and go inside to order. Once inside they have closed the majority of the seating area at 9:15 and have two members of staff cleaning down whilst a single person takes and packs orders causing what should have been a fairly fast service to be slow and take a further 5 minutes. The lady who served me was very helpful and although having to put my order through multiple times still managed to get there in the end. I was then given my Lipton ice tea which tasted watered down which means either it was running out or the lines need a thorough clean. I asked one of the lads to check whether it was right and he simply got me another from the drive through tower which surprisingly also tasted watered down but I gave up here and just binned it on my way out. I finally got my food and in general it was quite good, the large chips portion wasn’t in the correct pack and the amount of chips was terrible but at least the tasted ok. Finally after all the effort of making sure my order was correct I finally come to eat my burger only to find out it hasn’t been towered and I have a normal fillet burger. My one complaint with the lady who served me is she didn’t give me a receipt which has meant that I have had to write this review here instead of filling it in on the survey at the bottom. My last point is that as my food was packed from the drive through and it was not communicated to the lady on front when it was ready it meant it sat on the side for a good 1-2 minutes...

I recently visited KFC and was blown away by the outstanding service I received, particularly from a certain staff member,Helen .From the moment I approached the counter, Helen greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly patient as I decided on my order, offering helpful suggestions and answering my questions with enthusiasm. What truly set Helen apart was her attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring I had a great experience. She took the time to make sure my order was accurate, even during a busy period. Most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful with my children, Radford and Reggie, she engaged them in conversation, made them laugh, and even took the time to show them how the drink dispenser worked. Her kindness and patience made a potentially stressful outing with the kids into a delightful experience. Beyond the efficient service, her positive attitude and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made my meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service in a fast-food setting, and Helen's dedication truly stood out. She is a credit to KFC. Thanks to Helen, my KFC experience was truly memorable, and I'll definitely be returning. If you're lucky enough to be served by Helen, you're in for a treat!...

Absolute shocking behaviour from the employees at this branch. Laughing and joking being racist and exchanging disguisting comments towards a member of the public. I only managed to get one of the employee members names, George. I am disguisted. Management appears to be lacking and allowing it. An immature nature and disguisting state of affairs at this branch. I will use the LLandudno branch where the service is always professional and courteous in the future. Something needs to be done about the behaviours at llandudno Junction branch. It is unacceptable and the staff members in question should be dealt with by SMT accordingly. Now it seems staff members feel to take it apon themselves to stop ubereats drivers making a living. Not sure what the issue is but they are stuck in a rut and decide to take there anger out on drivers. Shameful. Food also is not the best. Stone cold and go to Llandudno kfc Mostyn Street as this store is more professional and treat customers and couriers with respect. Need to learn some key customer service....
