KFC — Restaurant in Wales

Bought my granddaughter and her friend after we'd been to soft play only the children ate and said food was fine was all hot and cooked throughly. The attitude of the staff was pretty much the same as the state of the toilets 'Horrific'. My granddaughter has an allergy (pineapple) so before I placed my order I made the staff aware of this like I do in any kfc we visit as the fruit choice is pineapple to which I was rudely told to put my order in on the self service machine even though it does actually state to notify the team of any allergies. I wanted to pay cash so after placing my order I stood and waited to then pay cash as 3 members of staff just ignored me stood there and then I had to ask if they could take my payment again, rude and short response with no sorry for keeping you waiting whilst I was just stood there doing nothing! If I'd of been there myself I wouldn't of even lasted this long before walking out but 2 hungry 7 year olds who wanted kfc kept me hanging on in there! Food came after a short wait then I asked for ketchup to be given 3 for 2 kids meals with extra fries and when I asked for more you would of thought I'd asked for the girls kidney I recieved 1 more sachet! The restaurant isn't the cleanest either and we had to wipe our own table and dodge the dust falling from the light above! The toilets were unusable unless you were willing to paddle through urine but on the plus side there was enough toilet roll on the floor and in the sink if you got that far Needless to say I opened the door took 1 look and a very unpleasant smell hit me and I quickly told the children to eat up and let's go! Kfc seriously need to have a good look at this place as its not a great advert for them. Staff definitely need a course in customer service and management seriously need to be looked at. Would not recommend and would never visit this branch...

Popped in here for a bite to eat with my wife who is heavily pregnant and my little boy so usually the place is nice and clean and very welcoming but unfortunately the toilet was a mess there was tissue on the floor and urine on the floor and on the seat not acceptable really but we didnt make a fuss about it as someone els had already mentioned it to them so usually the food is really nice from here but unfortunately this time it wasn't 😕 the chips were over seasoned not and all that nice to eat also the chicken in my zinger burger was a little grey and mushy and wasn't as enjoyable as it usually is but the biggest problem was my wife's bbq chicken wrap as it wasn't cooked properly and as a result she ended up with food poisoning which totally ruined the rest of our holiday as she was very sick for 2 days and with her being heavy pregnant and high risk it could of put our baby in a very dangerous situation as she could of got salmonella but luckily that wasn't the case after spending hours up the hospital at mau she got the all clear and it was just food poisoning I hope they get things sorted soon as like I said before the food is usually...

Visited twice could not fault the food nice staft clear and tidy will visit again. Back in towyn for our hols again went here today tuesday the 19/06/23 a few people in here but got served right away food was good chips were nice chicken was like it. should be light and tasty as usual the place the place was spotless and the staff were pleasant no bad comments from us went here 12/09/23 how can this KFC go down the pan in 3 months after the review i wrote praising it the chips were dry the chicken was dry i didn't enjoy it so dissapointed. Tables were left with rubbish on them but thats not just the staffs fault it's the lazy people who go in here if back in rhyl i will go back in and try to see if it was just a bad day. I hope it was. Back in Rhyl today 15/9/25 had some food here the chips where nice, chicken lovely and the gravy was hot and tasty when we went in everywhere was clean we sat down near the window then a oldish guy came in sat two tables from us when he finished his food he got up walked past the bins to the toilet then walked right out the door it's not hard to put your rubbish in the bin is it.
