To busy with kids pinching other orders that had been prepared for delivery, no queuing orders at all, and as kids were pinching orders, a young male staff worker then decided he was going to ask sitting customers to prove their purchases by providing a receipt instead of chasing the group of kids for the stolen goods, I mean come on McDonald's get you restaurant into order instead of keeping just eat happy, even if you had 1 delivery driver waiting 50 minutes for a burger anyway, focus on your paying customers who are sitting in your restaurant instead of the universal credit customers who can't get out of bed McDonald's in Wrexham has gone downhill for summer service quality and hygiene overall ( -1/10) we also had a child with a wheel chair and the restaurant is wheelchair friendly but with gangs of kids the self serve lay out and people's dum arrogance not to be considerate that they have legs to travel up to 2 floors we had to wait for 58 mins to sit down when upgrading this restaurant may be worth investing in a lift and no point in your disabled toilets iy is always constantly used by gangs of kids out side the restaurant it was more like a youth club, McDonald's use to be so focused on being family place it was the place to go now it is so focused on making money threw home deliveries that it seems to have lost it's family values as a restaurant but become a dinner place of chaos think ill just go to burger King at least their youths know how to urinate in a toilet instead of pee on floor and...

McDonald's is lively. That's good for business but not for staff and customers who are waiting to complete and have their orders.
The servers sound nice as a whole, but with the new Order Machines, I haven't paid much attention to the staff asking what I would like to order. However, the people giving me my order are a mixed bag. Some range from happy to out right miserable. Though, most times you do see happy staff working and it's always a pleasant sight.
The lines are chaotic majority of times as you can't line to order nor wait for your order as it is hectic and cramped. There are also tables next to these lines and trying not to bump into these or get out of them is a pain.
Upstairs is just a normal area for people to eat. There seems to always have a spare chair to sit at and the restrooms are there too. Pretty convenient. However, the stairs leading to this area is a tad small and trying not to bump into one is a task of its own.
McDonald's is an GOOD place to stay at. Plenty on the menu and they keep things fresh with special events.
The only downfall I can see is the cramped area and teenagers and the homeless hang around the entrance, this makes it difficult to get in and very unwelcoming to the point I don't...
Read moreI like a cheeky McDonalds, but ordering and eating from this one makes me regret it every time. The standards have been on a downward slope for a while, the addition of home delivery has been the final straw for them. I highly recommend NOT ordering delivery from here, espcailly at peak times. When you see how long your food sits there, you'll thank me. Food can sit on metal shelving, no hot plate for a good 15minutes before the delivery guy has even arrived at the restaurant. Even opting to collect can have its pitfalls, there system of getting food prepared is all over the place. Collection orders get stuffed into bags by 5 different people and again left to sit on the side whilst one person has to give them all out. It's a gamble it's warm by the time you get it. Chips are always undercooked and burgers barely warm and stacked like the leaning tower of pisa. I'm shocked health and hygiene haven't shut them down yet or at least paid a visit. Maybe it's me and I just keep going at the wrong time of day, but like anywhere and anything I spend my money on, I expect to get what I'm advertised or at least a smile/hello from some of the staff that serve you. This is not to say all staff there are a couple that are always polite...
