McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

Been a regular customer for a while calling in a couple of times a week but I've finally had enough of this place... they skimp on everything possible like fries and burger fillings.. don't bother ordering a large meal because the fries are only ever half full so the same as medium fries... just ordered a wrap.. had zero lettuce in.. 1 slice of cucumber and no crispy onions.. so basically 2 bits of chicken in a wrap... same if you order happy meal for kids and customise to have 3 slices of cucumber in burger but they only put 1 in... same with big macs.. customise to have extra lettuce, onion and gerkins but they just don't do it.... So it must be order the management!!! to rip people off and save them a few pennies... No soap in toilets to wash hands

But the final straw is they short changed me by £10... realised once home.. rang and spoke to manager...asked him to check camera and till... he said it happens often but didn't have time to look into it straight away and would do it later... I gave him my number but he never called me back...

They give the McDonald's franchise a bad name..

Never stepping foot in that place again... going to start using local...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I've given up ordering food there altogether. Something that is simple like "2 eggs and 2 sausage on a plate" seems to cause mass problems with ordering let alone trying to order a bunless burger. The most recent thing I tried was to order something that is prevalent throughout the states - an ice tea - I was told they didn't have it. Fair enough it's not on the menu but where's the customer service?? Can't they get creative and sell me a hot tea with a cup of ice?!? I thought they didn't have any ice for the longest time because that's what I was initially told. On a recent trip I went in and saw a picture of a coke with ice in it. What?! Previously I was told they didn't have any! When I suggested selling me a hot tea with a cup of ice I was told they can't. Again, truly the worst McDonald's I've...

The reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 was the fact that the Chicken Selects I had were tough and had been clearly sitting around for sometime I had to leave the last one as it was too hard for me. Other than this the fries were acceptable, the Diet Coke I had tasted watered down as it always does. The milkshakes weren't available which is what I usually have. The Apple Pie and Double Cheeseburger were both excellent and tasty. As was the Crispy Chicken Burger with cranberry sauce from the Christmas menu.

As we were sitting in for the first time we got to try the new (to us) ordering machines which worked well though you need to press firmly to make them respond. We chose to have our food brought to us and service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant seemed clean and mostly tidy and of course hand sanitiser...
