Update 2024. , knocked of another star due to people drinking standing up and almost banging into where we where sitting, meal took to long and no staff member asked how the meal was, and the wore thing was dogs passing us who smelled putting me of my meal, this was my Father’s Day meal .Update 2022 still everything below ,but had to knock of a star today due to poor choice and expensive deserts and lack of desert choices I have never been out for a meal ever without having a dessert sadly had to today . The service is excellent and will put them selves out to help you in any way. The choice of food is huge and you get plenty if not to much. Was all hot and well presented. The views of all the yaughts and the sea is just amazing and can be seen from inside. Right next door is the beatufull conwy Marina where you can see some boats, yaughts and more also a gift shop. This place is not to be missed if you visit conwy County it's just through the beatufull town of Conwy. 10/10. Thank you for making my sons 18th such a good memories.

I enjoyed a couple of pints of Robinsons real ale when I visited the Mulberry last week. The staff were really helpful. They charged my phone for me behind the bar when I was low on battery. The reason that I wanted to visit this pub was the excellent views across the marina to Deganwy. These were very pleasant and made my experience special. I also enjoyed the interior decorations which were maritime themed. I thought that the beer that I had was good and the pub reasonably priced. There were quite a few families and couples. I couldn’t really find anyone to talk to but it was a nice place to sit and relax. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the lack of cycle storage. I had wanted to visit on my bike previously but I noticed that there was nowhere to leave this. There were even signs on the quay indicating that there was no bicycle storage.

Sitting at the marina basking in the sun, was everyone’s thoughts yesterday.Great customer service, dog friendly outside and designated area inside. Two starters and a few drinks, food was excellent and great sized portions. Crew ( staff) did amazing, was great to see so many Crew “on board” they collected empty glasses swiftly and kept an eye on everything outside, so tables were kept tidy and promptly ready for new customers. Bar was managed well and people queued which was a bonus, made it much more manageable and allowed the service to run quicker. All in all a great afternoon out. Well done Mulberry Team for all your hard work yesterday on such a beautiful, busy sunny Sunday. Thank you for your team’s politeness and smiles. Excellent customer service!

Lovely location. Food was good. Generous portions. Very disappointed that the summer drink (advertised on the board above the bar) was no longer available... on the first day of summer! It had been removed from the menu. Very breezy everytime the door opened. Choose a table seat from the door. If it's not a windy day sit outside and take in the view. No adjustments can be made to the meals as the kitchen is understaffed. We couldn't even omit the peas from the fish and chips meal. Leaving the peas off the plate is a 'change' and not permitted. The bar staff informed us that customers have walked out because of this. Perhaps they have food allergies/sensitivities or intolerance. This was the case for a member of our party.

wanted this to be so much better, there is no separate gluten free menu and when ordering my club sandwich meal I asked if gluten free was available and was told yes, no further information given. So I carried on with my order. The club sandwich was described as a triple layer of chicken bacon lettuce tomato and mayo. To my horror a small bun arrived with a couple of pieces of bacon and chicken with salad, when I questioned it the waitress said ‘that’s all the gluten free bread we do is the small bun’ so I’m charged exactly the same price for this tiny meal absolutely ridiculous!! Was told a manager would come and speak to me but the never showed even when reminding a member of staff. Absolutely would never go back here.

Nothing fancy. We've been there twice. Pros: quick service even if busy, good but usual fish and chips, location, refurbished venue. Cons: overpriced, dishes are very basic without effort. For example they put cream cheese on nachos (according to the menu it should have been a sauer cream which we only can digest), coleslaw has been a freshly chopped cabbage with maio not taste. "Chabata with cheese and garlic" turned out to be without garlic and looked and tasted not really good too - see the photo - £5 for this "garlic chabata". We paid £86 for lunch for 2 adults + 2 young children - I would have expected a bit more effort from the cook.
